I have owned this washer for about two weeks. It spins so much moisture out of the load that it shortens drying time. It has also cleaned everything without needing a second washing. The tune it plays at the end of the cycle is nice compared to that annoying buzzers other washers have.

My Maytag broke down after only 2+ years of use. It's the electronic board that needs to be replaced - for over $ 300. The motor and the rest of the mechanical parts are still perfect. That sounds silly! Who would pay that kind of money for the repair? I asked the repair guy who did the diagnosis what brand he would recommend. Without thinking he said Samsung. I seized a deal on an open box item, and saved additional $ with an active promo. This washer feels solid. It is so quiet, except for some minor squeaking that sounds like a spring was pulled. Other than that, it remains very quiet even during the final high speed spinning. The clothes came out drier than any of the washers I had used in the past. Another high point for a front loader is that it uses significantly less amount of water. At first I was skeptical if that much water could wash a load of clothes. I was amazed. Tips to share: after done using be sure to open the front door and pull the detergent tray out to let moisture evaporate to prevent mold from growing. Highly recommend it!

Use the right amount of soap and whitener and this machine will wash the grime away without disturbing the household or breaking the bank. The door on this model does not switch positions. It opens only on the right, hinges on the left. White is a great color, it goes with everything.

It was very easy to program. Even if you unplug it it will still be on the settings you programmed it to. My water bill has decreased since purchasing and using this washer. I also notice my clothing is cleaner.

The installation of the washer and dryer was easy. Best buy goes did a good job. So far I am still learning the controls for the machine but it works well and the clothes are clean. I mean really what more do you want to know?

This is a great front load washer for the price. I love the quiet operation and how dry the clothes are when they come out. At first I was unsure about front load washer but now I love it.

The appliance works well. It is efficient and very quiet. Also, the Samsung brand makes it very easy to use. For the money I spent, it was a great purchase. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a new washer and dryer. Best Buy also did a great job installing the machine. The installers were very professional and timely.

Washer and dryer are great overall, however the cons of the washer are the cycles take longer than typical top loader and you have to wipe all the water from around the door and let it dry out prior to closing it when not in use. If you don't let it dry out, its gets a musty odor. The dryer is absolutely wonderful. I recommend the pedestals for the washer and dryer for storage of laundry soaps, softeners, etc as well as raising it off the floor for easier use. The delivery men were the best and very knowledgeable about set up. They did a fantastic job!

My wife really likes this washer. Very quiet and cleans cloths very well. I like the extra rinse and spin cycles. It also has a self cleaning cycle. The best buy delivery men were very polite and explained everything. We plan on buying the matching dryer also!

More than expected, and also bigger than expected. Did not realize how big the appliance is, so it took up a lot of my laundry room. But I have no other negatives, all is good, does what it's supposed to do...wash my clothes:) It sings to me too when its done!

Bought this washer a couple of weeks ago and it has been so wonderful to have! You won't be disappointed with this product! Easy to work and clothes come out clean and fresh! Love the features that are on the washer!

Purchased as a replacement for failing Maytag. Machine is awesome. It handles all our washing needs, extremely quite, stingy on detergent, yet yields perfectly clean clothes. Great value. When it's time to upgrade our dryer, will definitely consider Samsung products.

Very easy to use and washes everything really good. Be sure to use the drain on the bottom to avoid weird odors coming from the machine after sitting for a few days after a wash cycle. It does seem to take a little longer to wash a load than my older top down loader. I'm pleased with the performance so far though.

I've purchased this washer a few times to use in my barns in different locations. The washer performs well with big and bulky loads and keeps everything clean. Just make sure to clean the filter every few months (at least if you're using it in messier applications).

I love this washing machine. It is super quiet and it seems to use less water than my old top loader. The clothes seem cleaner and smell better than before. Also, it makes cute musical noises when the cycle is done!

This washer is so easy to use, it takes all of the guess work out of which cycle you should set it to, or how much product to add per load. And it is so quiet, I can do the laundry and not be disturbed, but you can still set the chimes to alert you when the washer is done so you don't forget the wet clothes.

Initially i thought the drum would be too small or I should have picked 4.5 Cu-Ft size. However, it is not noticeable at all. The price was good, although discounted during Presidents sale. I'm still very happy with the purchase, unit is very easy to install and set up. Very quite to use.

This is the best washer you can buy on a budget, it is simple and has all of the settings you will need. When running it is very quiet, I am in an apartment and once the laundry room doors are closed I can’t hear it running at all. Overall, a wonderful product!

This washer is great! it’s pretty quiet, handles larger items like comforters well. also it’s not too big which is great for smaller laundry rooms or spaces. also after having it for about 5 months now I have noticed that it’s also pretty energy efficient, huge bonus for a family.
