Purchased this item to replace a 10 year old Maytag commercial washer. I've had the washer for 2 months and so far am very satisfied. The selling point is the filter in the front that can be cleaned easily.

I love my Samsung TV but a washer? after reading the reviews and getting such a good price I went for it! love the quick wash feature the most... wish I could get the matching dryer too. A+ purchase

I love my new washer and dryer set. I've always wanted a front loader and with the stackable option I can save space. Cycles are quick and many options to chose from. You can even get notifications on your smart phone when your cycle is completed p

I really feel the appliances are top quality. The dryer has a light that turns on when the door opens and is very large. The washer is quiet and very spacious as well.

Keep the rubber dry after use and follow cleaning directions to prevent mold. I like the machine it is a water saver. Still reading the manual but I would like to silence the musical alarms. Great washer so far. I recommend the pedestal to go with it. Just to add height and comfort.

I am not use to digital washer/dryers so it was difficult to get use to this type of machine. There are some features of the machine that are standard, which cannot be manipulated because of it's computerized system which can be frustrating to some individuals like myself. It is something to get used to I guess.

Works well and does it all. Has a nice my cycle feature where it saves your wash setting preferences and can set it to them with the touch of a button. Only issue has a filter in bottom left of the washer and hard to drain it to clean with out the pedestal.

I had to replace two washers under Samsung's washer recall. I also had to replace two Samsung microwaves on which they stiffed me on but that's another issue. Finally bout an Lg and its been perfect for years now. Back to the washers. The second washer I purchased stopped working after about six months of ownership. I knew nothing about recall but after calling Samsung I chose the replace option over fixing as I did not want a faulty machine. This process took an incredibly long time to be reimbursed for. They say 4 to 6 weeks it was over two months. This is their way of deincentivizing you to do this option. So low and behold my first washer bought about a year earlier starts to act up as well. Again I prefer the replacement option. I get the new brand new unit in my rental property thinking now I can rest easy theirs a better unit in place. Not so lucky. After owning for only one month the unit begins leaking water bad. Frustrated but not having any options I call Samsung. They come and replace some sort of seal and tell us all is well in the world.Fast forward a week or two now the washer is leaking even worse than before and making some sort of noises. Call them back tech comes back out and says its physical damage. Mind you the new issues werent present until the last tech supposedly fixed the prior issue. Called to get another tech for second opinion and they scheduled same tech who first lied and said he came back out and then just flat out refused because he had already been. These guys are third party so they want tho get paid pretty much not there for your benefit. We are now scheduled for Tuesday 12/19 to see if a new tech will actually show up and say what needs to be said which is this machine needs to be covered under warranty. I've never had on manufacturer have so many issues with multiple products and refuse to stand by them. I've even discussed among friends and Samsung makes a good TV but dont buy appliances and dont expect customer advocates either.

Awesome it's a washing machine, it washes your clothes. Just make sure you wipe seals down and leave door open so it can dry and not produce mold. Also a pedestal is recommended, save your back.

This washer is phenomenal. I decided to get a high end washer with a low end dryer, and I am very please with how this washer operates. Clothing comes out clean, washer is quiet, and the best part is it plays a happy song when it is done!... okay maybe that isn't the BEST part... but its pretty great.

I BOUGHT THIS WASHER AND DRYER SET JUST TO UPDATE MY LAUNDRY ROOM. THESE FRONT LOAD WASHER AND DRYER SETS ARE KNOWN FOR ODOR. SO FAR WE'VE HAD THIS SET RIGHT AT A MONTH AND WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THAT ISSUE. THIS SET WASHES AND DRIES CLOTHS QUICKER THEN I COULD IMAGINE WOULD RECOMMEND.

It is little bit noisy because very hard to set up perfect balance. Best buy installation team did try to make balance but it gets noisy after they leave. So my wife and I put some stuff on its leg. However, we sometimes hear noise from this washer.

We recently bought this washer to upgrade from older Kenmore units and have been very happy so far. Wash times are longer than we were used to, but that is an adjustment to the high-efficiency units available today, I suppose. But, overall seems to be a great washer!

We use this as a family of 6 and it never stops running. The cleaning feature was something that was new to us but we enjjoyed thhat feature. We had used a competitor for 12 years and moved to this proppduct merely for the warranty function.

First time buyer of samsung household appliances. At first, I didn't think it was big enough to handle big loads but after delivery, set-up then using it, it's more than big enough to handle all my loads, and love all my different features.

Looks great and runs great. Clothes get clean.. Although I wish a little more water was used in the basin. Or wish I had a choce to use more. Its is based on weight and it automatically does it. But clothes seem to be clean..

I live in a condo and had very limited space. This machine fits perfectly and runs great. I like that you can program your selections so its a one touch start each time. I also like that it weighs your load first before adding water so that it saves water and energy. Great little machine.

You don't realize how much time you've been wasting (and water, and electricity) until you upgrade. This machine has been flawless for us.

Great washer, the only drawback I had with it was even though it was completely level it still rocks a bit more then it should. Besides that it has plenty of settings for all loads of laundry you would need to run. Bonus, it plays a song when the laundry is done lol
