Just moved into a new place where I can wash and I’ve been washing back to back with no issues . Due to Covid I had to install it myself and it’s working pretty well so far .

We love our Samsung washer and it works great! If dont have washer I'd go for one of these front loading machines! Cant go wrong with Samsung Brand and you wont be dissatisfied! We should of purchased it sooner!!

We purchased this Samsung washer and the matching dryer and we have no complaints. It does a great job washing clothes. I’ve used other washers that say they use less water, but they do not wash as good as this Samsung washing machine. And We got a great price on the set.

So far no real issues, does what it should. It does severely tangle shirt sleeves, it ties them in knots so when you pull out one shirt eight other items come along with it. You then spend the next 5-10 minutes getting everything untangled. Not too big a deal for me, so I'm happy with it for now.

This washer can be stacked to save space. It has multiple options for any wash needs. Pleasant musical sounds when wash is complete. This new version of the same machine I had...with more bells and whistles.

Machine does an excellent job of washing big loads and has a nice easy-to-use control panel with lots of useful settings. (Consumer Reports rates this machine very high for its price.)

Bought this a couple of years ago from Best Buy, this has been a good water and energy saver washer. No issues. If you are used to top loader, just note that front loaders do take longer to wash but it does wring out more water so the dryer runs less.

Great washer. In 3+ months usage, I had no problem using this washer. It removes stains and most importantly it's not making much noise. Has plenty of wash options. Overall it's doing a great job so far. I'm happy with my purchase.

We selected this washer because of Samsung's reputation for quality appliances, having controls on the front, it's a front loader, uses minimal water, and the great price. We have used it for a month now and are completely happy.

This is great product. Works well. The power and start buttons are not that good. Needs very soft touch If it is pressed slightly hard sometimes the buttons get stuck. Other than that this is a good washer.

My wife set up the machine but didn't remove the shipping bolts. They need to have a big sticker across the door to remind you to take them out. A friend suggested the shipping bolts maybe the problem. Machine vibrated all over the room until we read the instructions again and removed the bolts.

I always try to buy quality products and when I can, I go to Best Buy. The Samsung brand makes excellent products and, because of the holidays, was very well priced. I am looking forward to years of use from this washer

I love Samsung products so what I say here might be a little biased. But I really cannot find anything bad to say about this new appliance I've purchased it's really in a class all its own.

I can't really complain because I bought the least expensive of the front-loading washers available at Best Buy. However, it is louder than I expected a new machine to be. Seems to clean well, though.

Having water leaking issues, first tech that came said couldn't do anything without seeing the leak...showed where I thought was coming from and said "oh yeah there is some water in there....ordered parts and never showed for appt and no longer works there...so now starting all over again!

So far, so good, My only complaint is that if you don't keep the door open, after doing laundry for awhile, it smell moldy. Keep the door open after you finish doing the laundry until it dries out.

I leave on the 3rd floor and a previous washing machine was loud during wash cycles and when there was an uneven load the floor would shake from the washer. The new unit purchased solved both probllems.

It has been 2 years since I have been using this machine. I use it weekly twice and no issues till date. Lot of options to choose from which would take care of any kind of clothing and any kind of wash. Great product.

This machine meets all my requirements and expectations. It was easier to learn to use than I had expected (my old machine was from the 70's). I have no complaints. The delivery and installation process was quick and efficient. The deliverymen were kind, helpful and polite.

I brought this washing machine and love that it does not require alot of water for use, saves on the water bill. I also love the different settings to use for the washing loads.
