I wish I would have spent the extra hundred on a better brand. I’ve have a lot of issues with the dome in this dryer. Constantly calling Samsung for assistance and every time they just “walk me through adjusting the weight sensor”. It has been an ongoing issue since installation. I will most likely be upgrading and going with a different brand soon. I’m giving 1 star, only for the ease of use in this machine and, and the second because the matching dryer has been great.

I like the product. Cleans very well and for a good price.

My husband and I purchased this washer for our old home when the old washer broke. It washes faster than our old one and just does a better job. I love Samsung TV's and now really like their washer and dryers as well.

Great washer, wanted a front loader and this guy for the bill for our family if 3. Not the biggest, but works for us!!! Would definitely buy again!!!

Samsung products are known for being intuitive and effecient, and this washer/dryer set is no different. I've had it for about a month so we'll see if repairs become an issue, but so far I am very pleased.

My Samsung washer is water efficient, and does a great job with all my clothing! I can do my darks in cold water, and my whites in hot, and they all get clean! I also love the quick cycle for my bath rugs and my pet covers.

On the surface the Samsung washer looks great and has enough technology on board to keep you occupied far too long. More settings than I will ever use, but am sure they are helpful. For the price and style, you can beat this product.

The front loading washer is awesome, works better than any of the top loaders we have ever had. Samsung really did well with this appliance!

I got this washing machine in February and over nine months in no problems at all. Before I was paying as much as $15 a week to wash clothes at a laundromat nearby and this along with its companion dryer has saved me a bit of money on laundry costs.

Works fine. Fits original original pedestal from first Samsung washer that was eight years old. Both washer and pedestal were 27 inches wide. The Best Buy salesman confirmed that it would fit before I purchasing the second washer.

This is a fantastic front loader! I'd been in the market for one for a while and this one is perfect for what we need. It's small enough for our laundry room, big enough to wash a comforter. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this washing machine in a hurry and boy am I satisfied. The gremlins found their way into our old dryer right before leaving on vacation. Best Buy came to the rescue!

Washed a load in the new machine and water was leaking from the door. Discovered that the clasp was loose. Called for a replacement and so far did not experience any issues with the replacement.

Although "leveled" at installation, when items wash, it seems out of balance. Also, can hear zippers/buttons hit against glass door-afraid it will crack. So far, it washes ok but smelled a little funny once.

I use it for more than one month, so far it works well. The washer cleans my clothes much better than the machines in the laundry shop. There are always incomplete washing in the laundry shop, leaving detergent remnants, but the washer I buy don't have such problem.

Very good washing machine! I have not had any problems. Large family use it daily and it washes very well. Love the digital timers and quick wash when you in a hurry.

After having to replace our washing machine, we decided on this model. The capacity is great, and the fun musical tone indicating a load is done is preferable to a buzz. It cleans wonderfully, and has not been troublesome at all.

Bought this along with the front-loading dryer, and I have no complaints. It washes clothes, it's quiet, and I barely have to think about using it. This thing has a lot of options, but it's so easy to use I didn't even crack the manual.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of capabilities of machine. But more happy with ease of purchase, delivery and professionalism of Best Buy crew especially Geek Squad. Kudos to both Samsung and Best Buy.
