This is our fourth of this same machine. Each has lasted 6-7 years. They clean well, are not noisy, don’t vibrate. As long as they work, we are happy with them. Hoping this one breaks the mold and lasts longer.

Nice washer,it uses little water and electricity.make sure you add very little soap and be on no hurry for your laundry. The trade off to save on water and electricity is time.It is never the time specified on the cycle 60 min easily becomes 120.

We purchased this along with the corresponding drier as a Black Friday special. We had some installation issues due to our previous set up. Once it was set up and we have used it quite a few times now, we can say we are very happy with this purchase.

This was purchased first because of the brand. The inside is big enough to hold a blanket. The machine can be noisy, but is quiet for the most part. So far no complaints. Own for less than a year.

Consumer Reports gave Samsung a good review for reliability and we bought the extended warranty for added protection. The Black Friday prices made this washer very affordable. The set up was easy and it has been running great since we purchased it.

When the machine was delivered to my home it was discovered that it would not fit in the space I allotted for it because of the machine's depth. Completely my fault. I never used the machine, I bought it based off previous good reviews.

It didn’t last a year and it broke on us. Sadl I didn’t get a warranty so I had to get it repaired out of my own pocket

I replaced my twelve year old Samsung washing machine with a new one from Best Buy. They delivered it and installed it on a second story in about twenty-five minutes as well as removed the old machine. Great job!

Best buy delivered on time and they were very helpful and professional. We were using an old technology washer and dryer. These samsung units wash and dry great. The first load...I thought no way did this dry so fast,but I was wrong. Great price too.

Bought this to replace a front-load GE washer. The Samsung is much better. More cycle options (rinse and spin), better overall design and door gasket and detergent drawer don’t get stinky and gooped-up. Great value.

Level was off when it was installed. So it made quite a big rocking noise but we’ve since fixed that. Everything else works as it’s supposed to and it has all the features I need!

Used it twice before it started smelling moldy. It is much larger is size than a standard top loader.

Washer has Been great I've had it for about 2 years now, Small socks do get sucked up and clog the washer drain, but its pretty easy to clean out.

Washer come with door mounted on a wrong side as we requested to be on a different side due to position of a dryer .This washer happen to be one that door can not be reversed at a site .Not Happy .

First front load I have owned. It cleans great and uses less water and electric than the top load washers I have had before this. The front load dryer also works great and drys clothes faster and less time than my other types of dryers

People have mixed reviews on front loads but I love ours. Owned for about 1.5 years with no trouble. Doesnt get musty and is very quiet. Would buy another whenever it is time to replace

This Washer's best attributes are its Speed wash functions. Can do a full load with heavily-soiled clothes in about 30 mins! Only drawback is the Extra-High spin cycle can be a bit loud if the load is unbalanced or when washing comforters.

This is the quietest washer I've ever seen in my life. My utility space it close to my living room and I no longer have to turn the TV up louder just because I'm doing laundry.

This was very helpful during COVID not to have to take the old washer somewhere. The representative was efficient & kept distance. They arrived on the early side of the 4 hour window.
