This is a good washing machine. I have not had any issues with it. I like the self clean option it has.

Washer and dryer perform very well, without a lot of extra features that you don't really need. I especially like the quick wash cycle and the light inside the dryer. Very happy overall with my purchase.

Great set I have here. I love it. The first set was the same but smaller and less high tech. Great for the price & I was able to get price match as well.

I've had this for over 6 months now, and it has worked flawlessly. Its large size cuts down on the number of wash loads and makes life easy!

Bought this Samsung washer to replace my whirlpool when it died. So far it has done an excellent job. Love all the extra features on it and how easy it is to clean the trap out.

I am totally satisfied with this washer. I have never had my clothes get this clean before. My colors are bright and the whites are extremely white. Samsung done an excellent job with this product.

i have been using this washer since 3 months and i feel it is good one for the money spent. the clothes are clean with different wash modes and i have clothes cleaned accordingly to my expectations..

The machine cleans well, but doesn't allow enough temperature options on the various settings. Some settings only allow hot/warm water options and I prefer using cold water for most washes.

Very pleased with this washer, great price. Only 1 small complaint is the cold cycle takes 25 min longer than using warm or hot, I prefer to wash regular clothes in cold. I only wash linens in hot.

Really liking my new washer!! Hoping it lasts longer then the last one which was not a Samsung. Best Buy pulled thru with excellent delivery service.

PLEASE READ THE MANUEL BEFORE DOING YOUR FIRST LOAD! YOU WILL NEED TO CALIBRATE THE SENOR SO ENOUGH WATER GOES IN TO EVERY LOAD!!!!!!!! besides that its a great washer =]

So far so good. However other than the quick wash the wash cycle times are unbelieveable!! All my clothes have come out clean so I won't complain too much.

I've had these for less than a month but not convinced in the performance it vibrates even though it's not supposed to we've done everything to correct it I'm about to call customer service.

Based on the recommendation of an appliance repairman I selected a Samsung washer to replace an 11 year old Whirlpool Duet. Love the features, especially the quick wash. Very satisfied with Samsung products

My previous Samsung washer lasted about eight years. I am somewhat disappointed for its relatively short life, but I am willing to go again with another Samsung washer.

I have owened a front loading washing machine in the past and had bad experience with it but glad I choose to buy another front loader absolutely love it.

It has all the bells and whistles I'd hoped, my fave is the Quick Wash. That would be my only ask, shorter wash time. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

On the front cover Best Buy website, the delivery is free for $35 over purchase. But I was charged $80. Is that Correct? I love the New Samsung washing machine !

Excellent product so far. I was hesitant to buy a Samsung and not a brand with more history in washers and dryers but so far so good and no complaints.
