Good Looking and quite, but gremlins

The water sprayer falls off every time you pull out the top drawer. It's gotten crazy loud after just a few wash cycles. Samsung pretends to care, but the service center they use is terrible. They did not show up after giving me an appointment window of 9 hours. A phone call would've been cool. I hate this thing and the whole experience with my whole heart.
