    We bought the floor model. I was shocked I could set up WiFi on it and my phone tells me when it’s done.

    Do not buy this at all. Barely lasted a year. Read the reviews from other stores on this product. Dishwasher leaked all over my floor and never really cleaned the dishes. The service from Samsung is horrible. Did nothing to help and blamed the dishwasher leaking on the install. It was installed by a Top notch plumber and this product seems to have this issue all the time. Maybe everyone is just installing them incorrectly, or maybe the product is inferior. I have been a life long Samsung enthusiast but after this and after seeing how terrible the service is I'll be buying a different name brand.

    This thing is terrible. The water sprayer falls off every time you pull out the top drawer. It's gotten crazy loud after just a few wash cycles. Samsung pretends to care, but the service center they use is terrible. They did not show up after giving me an appointment window of 9 hours. A phone call would've been cool. I hate this thing and the whole experience with my whole heart.

    Within 9 months this unit began to not clean the bottom rack dishes at all. After inspecting the unit, we found the piece inside called the water wall/water deflector was coming off its track. Google and YouTube shows this to be a common design flaw with various Samsung models as the only thing that’s meant to keep it in place is a small magnet. Not only that, but the plastic parts that show to “snap” into place on the track, never snapped. The thing just barely hangs one like a flaccid handshake. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

    After using for about 4 months I started having issue with auto release. After looking up on google found out that most of the Samsung’s dishwasher with auto release feature is having issue!

    Bought this together with Samsung slide in electric range but waiting to replace this dishwasher. I tried so many settings but it won't wash some dishes, it doesn't dry completely and leaves stains on dishes. It looks nice and quiet but doesn't do the job. Waste of money. My old Maytag was even far better. I should have even kept that instead of this white elephant.

    Purchased this dishwasher September 2019, worked great for a while until it didn’t. Top (extra third rack) is stuck & won’t open, the dishwasher doesn’t dry dishes unless you have the sanitize option always on, the water wall bar constantly falls off, & gets stuck where it prevents the door from closing, & the dishwasher sometimes runs without water actually being distributed inside it, so you open it to find it bone dry & dishes still dirty & soap still sitting in it. I have always been happy with everything I’ve ever bought from Best Buy. This is junk compared to the previous Samsung dishwasher we had. We are very disappointed. Thank goodness it’s still under manufacture warranty & that we also purchased a protection plan with Best Buy Geek Squad. We called, they ordered parts & scheduled their guy to come out, he gets here the day of the appointment only to find that all the parts he needs weren’t here so he had to order them himself & reschedule the repair. If I a could get a new dishwasher I would, it’s a shame to have this happen & we haven’t even had this dishwasher for a year.

    Opened It And It Was Banged Up. No Replacement...

    This dishwasher came dented and banged up in multiple places...I ordered it for a new home I was building so it sat in the garage for a few weeks before we opened it. When we opened it, it looked like it had been beat to death with a bat...unfortunately by that time it was too late to return (outside 15 days from delivery date), even though we had just unwrapped the thing...Best Buy would not take it back and did not send a replacement. Very disappointed. Hope it works and doesn't leak when when we cut it on...
