    I would have given a 5 but we are doing a kitchen remodel and purchased a Samsung package 4 items. Our fridge and range were gone. In my opinion, they were sold and figured they would have the items in before we needed them. Totally disappointing. Also, trying to reach Best Buy is impossible. Not the place I remember from years ago. Sad.

    Installed by the best buy installers on 01/13, no longer working as of 02/03. Called to get the defective unit repaired only to be told they do not have anyone in my area to fix it. Not the best choice I have made.

    Dishwasher Not Drying

    I don’t like the fact that the door opens and I have to close it for the drying cycle to finish. Also, my old dishwasher was 20 years old and I didn’t have any problems with it drying my dishes at all.

    Water Wall Quit Working in Less Than a Year

    The water wall stopped working in less than a year. Samsung is saying the 1 year warranty ended 7 month into our ownership. Hopefully this will get sorted and repaired under warranty. Not overly impressed with the product or warranty process at this point.

    I had a bosch dishwasher prior to this. I never rinsed anything off and never had a dirty anything come out still dirty. I got the Samsung because of the sale, if you don't 'prewash' before running the.cycle , a lot of items come out dirty.. wish I would have gotten the bosch.

    When you spend over 1k on an appliance, you fully expect to have it work for longer than a year and half. I noticed the Waterwall was no longer going back in place and my dishes were not clean. Samsung customer service was fine but when I received my service order request it said it was Out of Warranty. I don’t even want to think about how much this is going to cost us, especially when we just bought it August of 2020. Just recently our Samsung Washer had exploded on us. Literally EXPLODED. They are still not showing any type of sense of urgency to fix this when there is an obvious lawsuit against them on this. I used to love Samsung products, but holy cow - do not waste your money on products that don’t last and a company that doesn’t fix the crappy products they sell.

    Purchased March 8, 2021. Picked up March 13, 2021 and installed. Last week, approx Feb 18, 2023, the dishwasher throws a code, "PC". There is no help available online or suggestions for a fix. I'm supposed to just call a technician, wait two weeks for them to come, another 3 weeks for parts, 2 more weeks for install, trouble shoot again when that doesn't fix it and wait some more. No! Ordered a new LG. It will be here tomorrow. WE NEED LAWS REQUIRING MANUFACTURERS TO WARRANTY APPLIANCES PARTS/LABOR FOR 10YRS ON ALL NEW APPLIANCES!!! We are wasting resources and adding to landfills simply to pad pockets of companies and rip people off!

    Dissatisfaction with the Samsung Linear Wash

    Very disappointed in the inability for this dishwasher to actually clean the dishes which were rinsed before placing in the dishwasher. Apparently for the $1100 price tag, the linear wash technology is not perfected.

    Failing less that 1 year after purchase and install. Just turns off during the washing cycle. Trying to get repairs is a nightmare, - Samsung is saying BestBuy did not enter the information for the item/SN number.

    Nothing but trouble

    Worked well for about a month, then we noticed the dishes on the bottom rack weren’t getting clean. A Samsung technician replaced the motor assembly that runs the water wall, and the next day we still had the same problem. Fast forward 3 weeks after another diagnosis call and waiting for more parts. We are now replacing the motor assembly again, along with a wiring harness and PCB main board. They are basically rebuilding the whole dishwasher. What a disaster. This is my first Samsung dishwasher, and probably my last.

    Two Lemons. Months without a dishwasher

    I purchased this unit back on 1/3/23. It took until March to get an install scheduled. The unit failed with an LC error within two weeks. Thankfully I had total support so I was able to trade for another unit, but spent three weeks hand washing dishes for my whole family while waiting for another install date. The second unit failed with an LC error within one week of install. I have now shelled out more money for a Bosch. Never again with a Samsung dishwasher.

    Have had this dishwasher for a month and a half. Worked great the first few washes. Slowly stopped drying all dishes. Now it doesn't clean very well. Have plates, glasses, utensils from all 3 racks that are coated in gunk when they come out. Lack of drying is so bad that the door has water on it once open. Have tried combination of settings including high temp, sanitize, heavy, normal, express. Using rinse aid doesn't help. I do not recommend this unit and am highly disappointed after stalking the piece and shopping for one for 3 months.

    Error 31 and an alarm on first use. None of the factory or electrical panel resets worked. I called Bosch at 9 pm EST for help. Which is open for calls until 10 pm EST. Got the sorry you called when we were closed message. Not impressed

    Waterwall motor broke after 15 months

    I thought I was getting a good product from Samsung. Dishes were getting washed from such a nearly quiet dishwasher. It was fantastic. Then after 15 months, the Waterwall would not stop moving after cleaning. And a few days later, the Waterwall stopped moving completely. Without the Waterwall moving, dishes at the bottom were no longer getting cleaned. The cost to get it repaired will be 1/2 the amount I paid for it since it was no longer in warranty. I thought I was getting a premium with Samsung. I cannot risk paying for the repair with another breakdown occurring in the next several months. I'm just going to bite the bullet and purchase another dishwasher. I will not make the same mistake again.
