The crew who delivered and installed were very professional and competent. My only complaint was the delay and the hectic process to correct it.

Stay away from this dishwasher. Samsung product quality has gone down in recent years. This dishwasher doesnot effectively clean the dishes. we have tried all options such as heavy and high temp wash but the dishes still have stains on them even after a 3 hour wash cycle. we basically have to run it twice every time.

Samsung offers very little information on how to resolve the issue, I believe it has something to do with the design of the bottom water vane not functioning properly. Tried to find an appliance repai=r shop here in New Bern, NC but nobody works on Samsung's. Very dissatisfied with Samsung appliances........had several issues with their refigerator and their stove as well.

Have not got my Dishwasher

I lost 2 days of work a total of 368.00. the 3rd delivery was to be done i 3 days, the 1st on the 5th to deliver of the dishwasher on the 7th to install the dishwasher on the 8th to hull away the old one. i was told that a manager would call me. never got a call so i called and cancel the 3rd delivery and set up a 4th delivery for every thing to be done on the same day.

Does not clean and error codes

Constantly brings out a leaking error code and puts the washing machine out of commission until it resets (about 12 hours). Have called out Samsung and would consider writing this off and going with a different brand due to cheap sensors

Disappointed and frustrated

Installation was on May 18th, and the unit started leaking this weekend June 4th. Reached out to Geek Squad for help but they only but direct me to work with Samsung directly. Not sure why I bought the Geek Squad protection after all. In the end I spent a $1k for a leaking dishwasher, water damaged flooring and even more of a delay getting it repaired while I work through the Samsung process.

It does not get the dishes clean. I pretty much have to give my dishes, including utensils, a good scrubbing before putting them in the dishwasher or they likely will not be clean after the cycle. The dishes also never dry. The door is supposed to automatically open to release steam, but it doesn't work. I have followed the user manual instructions to try and fix this, but to no avail. The door popped open the first few times and has never worked again. I would not recommend this dishwasher and it was definitely NOT worth how much it cost me to purchase and have installed.

Problems with the Serviceman and Dryer since day 1

I put an order in for it to be serviced because it was not drying properly and the service man said everything was fine without even starting the dryer. 6 months later my dryer is making sounds like it is struggling to go. I have had this almost 2 years.

Not only does it fail to clean anything on the top rack but the middle rack suffers the same fate. Having to load the same item multiple times or hand wash manually is not the purpose of owning a dishwasher.
