Despite the sleek design and being extremely quiet, the trade-off is a leaking door. After about three months water began pooling beneath the left corner of the door. Upon inspecting, a stream of water could be felt within the door frame. Within a matter of days, the right corner of the door began leaking even more water than the left side. After reviewing support on the Samsung website, everything was in-check. I setup a service repair under the warranty, and despite the effort, the door continued to leak after the "repair!" I do not recommend this product since it is unreliable and problematic, and on top of those reasons, even the service provided by the warranty is insufficient. It's worth noting that if for some reason the cause was due to poor installation, that would be a major concern as I paid for the Best Buy installation service. With this being an apparent door frame issue, I doubt it was an installation error and rather a defective product from the start.

The best dish washer I've ever owned. The 3rd rack on top is an excellent feature as well as everything being able to be adjusted. The middle rack can be adjusted to fit large and small items as well as be moved up/down if you need more room. The bottom rack can do the same. it's also so quiet you'll find yourself putting your ear up to it to make sure it's on. Using the app has different washing recipes to help you get the best wash and when it's finished it kicks the door open to let out all the steam to complete the drying session, great idea. Overall a great washer.

Many years since I purchased a new washer, this washer quickest setting has a wash cycle that is an hour long, this is too long for me. During the initial startup I hear noise and I don’t know if it’s normal or something is wrong with washer, next purchase will be an old used washer as my water and electric bill is going to be higher with this washer… my clothes do come out clean.

There are a lot of good things to say about this dishwasher. The three adjustable trays allow for a wide arrange of configurations to wash even very large items, and are easy to adjust. The display that projects on the front that tells you how much longer it will run until its done. Or even the notification beeps it makes when it finishes and opens to dry. Honestly though, the best thing about it is that it is almost eerily quiet. When it's running its so quiet I thought I had installed it wrong at first but when it finished I had a load of very clean dishes.

I would say this is best for families that run their dishwasher more than once a week. Because it pops open when it's done, the door sticks out pretty far from the counter unless it's closed all the way. It's sealed when it's closed so after a few days, the dishwasher smells. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes, so I've been okay as long as I run it once a week which isn't always necessary. T

This dishwasher is very quiet does a great job at cleaning the dishes. Wish there was an option to clean just the top or just the bottom racks. Overall would buy it again.

It's done a great job of cleaning the dishes. The app controls are easy to understand. It is also very quiet.

Love that it is so quiet. Also love that it has the third tray for silverware and small items. It’s really cool that the door pops open when the cycle is over.

I've had this Samsung 4.4 washer for 1 month now and we're all very pleased with its performance. I like that the time each cyle will take is displayed. I use quick wash, eco warm, mid fill, normal clean and it takes 43 min. Clothes come out very clean. It's pretty quite too. I bought this washer at a Best Buy discount outlet for scratch & dent applicances saving about $250.

This is just what I've been looking for. It has all the features I need. It is super quiet and it displays on the front how much time is left before the cycle is done. Instead of a rotating arm that sprays the water, it has an arm that moves from front to back. Different but very effective in cleaning. Another great feature is that the door will pop open when cycle is over to allow the steam to come out allowing the dishes to be thoroughly dry. I have only used it a few times but am very happy with it.

Nice and quiet, doesnt wash dishes well on the top rack. Love the 3rd drawer for sharp knives.

Due to quarantine we made this purchase completely online. Wev'e had it about a month and are very pleased. First, it's so so quiet - truly can't hear it when just a few feet away. Perfect for our open concept plan. I love the extra flat drawer for larger utensils and extra silverware. It also seems to get the dishes dryer on the normal cycle - haven't tried heat dry yet. Only thing I don't like is the arangement of prongs on bottom drawer, but figured out how to move the silverware baskets to help with that.

Love this dishwasher. Cleans very well. Only problem is it is too quite. A few times in the middle of the night I go into the kitchen and I hear a very faint noise and I try to figure out where its coming from only after a few min of searching its the dishwasher doing its job. Almost silent.

From the beginning we had issues with this dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I consistently pull out dirty cups, bowls & plates. Sometimes with original food still stuck on them or you could tell it was food from other dishes that had gotten moved around and never fully rinsed. Spoke with Best By & Samsung numerous times over the past year and was told everything from I'm not loading the dishes correctly, I'm using the wrong kind of soap, I should put the soap in the silverware holder and not the dispenser, I need to clean the dishwasher more regularly, etc. Changing all of these things did not fix the problem. Samsung did send out a repair service who ran diagnostics on it and told me it was not giving them any error codes, but this is a issue beyond error codes in the system. Yes, this dishwasher is quiet and sleek looking with many features, but if it doesn't clean the dishes what's the point? I bought a whole suite of Samsung appliances and am disappointed in all of them, currently my oven isn't working either. I won't buy Samsung again nor from Best Buy.

Best dishwasher I've ever owned. I installed it myself. Pretty straight forward if you are handy with tools and reading directions. Getting it balanced was honestly the hardest part. Once it's set up and ready to go you will get the most out of this dishwasher. Super super quiet and dishes comes out super super clean. Just be sure to use top quality dish soap. I use Cascade Platinum ActionPacs.

Excellent dishwasher. Cleans and dries everything perfectly. No pre—washing needed. Very quite top.

3rd rack is great, super quite, and cleans really well. When really overloaded it might have some trouble getting everything dry.

After my 17 year old Miele Diamond series dishwasher died, I was sure nothing would compare to my Miele, but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with my new Samsung. It is so quiet, the only way you know it’s operating is when the water drains. Does an excellent job. Everything comes out clean, dry and sparkling! Took a little getting used to the different loading procedure, but took no time to love this new Samsung!
