I purchased this dishwasher because my old Bosch one was no longer working too well. This dishwashers is so quiet, i cant even tell that it's on! It does a great job with dishes and it has multiple cleaning features. I also like how it pops open when it's done to let the excess heat and moisture out. We love it!

After my 17 year old Miele Diamond series dishwasher died, I was sure nothing would compare to my Miele, but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with my new Samsung. It is so quiet, the only way you know it’s operating is when the water drains. Does an excellent job. Everything comes out clean, dry and sparkling! Took a little getting used to the different loading procedure, but took no time to love this new Samsung!

So far so good. This washer is so quiet we don't know it's running. The auto-dry makes our dishes squeaky clean. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

From the beginning we had issues with this dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I consistently pull out dirty cups, bowls & plates. Sometimes with original food still stuck on them or you could tell it was food from other dishes that had gotten moved around and never fully rinsed. Spoke with Best By & Samsung numerous times over the past year and was told everything from I'm not loading the dishes correctly, I'm using the wrong kind of soap, I should put the soap in the silverware holder and not the dispenser, I need to clean the dishwasher more regularly, etc. Changing all of these things did not fix the problem. Samsung did send out a repair service who ran diagnostics on it and told me it was not giving them any error codes, but this is a issue beyond error codes in the system. Yes, this dishwasher is quiet and sleek looking with many features, but if it doesn't clean the dishes what's the point? I bought a whole suite of Samsung appliances and am disappointed in all of them, currently my oven isn't working either. I won't buy Samsung again nor from Best Buy.

3rd rack is great, super quite, and cleans really well. When really overloaded it might have some trouble getting everything dry.

Visually beautiful. Really easy to use. Many cycle options, but not too many so as to be confusing. Cleans very well. And VERY quiet! Would buy again.

When on, it’s not even heard. Dishwasher is very spacious and it washes the dishes very well in the short cycle.

Bought this dishwasher nd i will say it is quiet. As for the negatives, average was is between 2-3 hours which seems to use a lot of hot water. It does have a setting to do a quick was of 1 hour but dishes don't seem to be as clean. There is a delfection arm that keeps coming of the track. Wirh this product bwing less than a year old i am not impresses. Also the 3rd rack seems great in theory but honestly is quite useless. The capacity of the diswashee is also smaller than my last. I would by pass this dishwasher and find one that is more suitable.

Newly installed by Best Buy just after Christmas. I was very pleased with the installers. My dishwasher actually arrived earlier than I expected. They hauled away my crappy builder grade Whirlpool and replaced it with this gem. So far I'm very happy. I've owned plenty of Samsung products and I've usually been pleased. We'll see how this holds up after 6-12 months. Super quiet, easy to use, great design all adds up to 5 stars.

Love this dishwasher! It is super quiet and all the dishes come out spotless... Great Dishwasher... Only issue I have experienced is that the information on how & what to install regarding the WIFI connection / app is not clear in the User Manual. I accidentally found the QR Code on the Dishwasher itself which took me straight to the app I needed. Since then, it has been amazing getting notification that the cycle is complete...

I'll start by saying I've never had a dishwasher I've liked. This is the first time I've written a review for a dishwasher because I've been so impressed with this model. I love the front display that shows the amount of time that is left in the wash cycle. The dishwasher is so quiet you can barely hear it. It cleans effectively and I love the modern, sleek look! The racks seem sturdy and there are many adjustments you can make to the racks so they work for your needs.

At 39 dba this machine is quiet! Necessary for my great room/kitchen combination. Dishes are clean and dry at end of cycle. Appreciate illuminated timer to show washer is running — prevents accidental opening. Sweet chime at end of cycle. The top rack is a bit flimsy—and the third very top rack is a nice option but I probably won’t use it much. Lots of wash cycle options. Did not want a handle on front and love the simple stream-lined style.

You cannot even hear it running, even while standing right next to it! No rinsing of dishes and they come out perfectly clean. Fantastic produce.

I was skeptical about buying this dishwasher because of the negative reviews. This dishwasher was purchased to replace an older Samsung dishwasher. The color matches my fridge perfectly. The machine runs extremely quiet. The small display on the front is a great feature. It shows how much time is remaining in the wash cycle. The smart things features are also a bonus feature. When the wash is complete it opens the door to help dry the dishes faster.

So far great dishwasher. Everything is MUCH cleaner than my old model even when it was new. The dishwasher is silent. I can only hear it if I am standing right next to it and barely at that. Only thing is plastics are barely wet when cycle completes. We usually run it at night and by morning when it gets unloaded they are dry too. Also love the linear sweep wash. This get things washed in the corner.

Cleans well and is very quiet. Silverware rack is not as well designed as our previous Samsung was.
