This is a great dishwasher. It is not fast, but is quiet and does a great job on unwashed dishes. The installation however was not correctly done in September and required another visit to get it in correctly. Additionally, there were two white sticky papers left in the back of the dishwasher which we just discovered yesterday.

This is a really nice looking dishwasher. It does NOT have a heated drying cycle, which was a surprise for us. It pops the door open at the end of the cycle to help dry, but doesn't actually have a heating element (so minus 1 star). I guess this makes it more energy efficient. It also seems to not quite fit our dishes quite perfectly. We have plates that are just a few mm too big to fit nicely on the bottom rack with the middle rack lowered. But when we raise the middle rack, our bowls just barely fit (they have to tilt down to fit). I assume this was all to make room for the 3rd top rack, which is nice, but I could do without it to have more space on the other two racks.

I regret to say my experience with this dishwasher has been overwhelmingly negative. Despite its intended purpose, the appliance consistently failed to perform even basic cleaning tasks without extensive pre-washing—a requirement that rendered its use entirely impractical. After repeated attempts to work around its limitations, I ultimately abandoned the machine altogether and have resorted to hand-washing dishes for the past year, which defeats the purpose of owning a dishwasher in the first place. To make matters worse, the repair process was equally disappointing. Best Buy initially sent a technician, but the repair was abruptly halted when the technician was replaced. The replacement took months to order and install necessary parts, dragging out the process so long that my two-year warranty expired before the repair was completed. This left me with a broken appliance and no recourse for resolution. The combination of subpar performance and abysmal post-purchase support makes this one of the worst investments I’ve made. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable brands and avoid the frustration of dealing with both a faulty product and a sluggish repair system. Spend a little more upfront for a dishwasher that actually works—and a company that stands by its promises.

Very quiet and easy to run. Easy hook up and roomy for pots and pans.

So far so good I like that it opens when it is done. My old one ( different brand didn’t last but four years) I hope this one last longer. Love that it cleans so well.

We have had this dishwasher for almost a month and really like the features. This thing makes NO noise! You cannot tell that it is running. The multiple cycles make it easy to get the dishes clean along with pots and pans! The wash arm on the lower level is unique, it runs back and forth rather than spinning around. Sleek exterior with no handle sticking out makes it blend in much better than ones with a handle.

This is another Samsung dishwasher with linear side to side spray bar that reaches the four corners of the tub to wash every dish. Doors springs open at the end of wash cycle to let off vapor and complete drying. I did not setup the SmartThing interface to connect machine via WIFI. I am glad a cycle time display is available on the front door otherwise I would not know if the machine is running. It is very quite.

We’ve had several dishwashers over the years, and this is by far the best yet. I can’t overemphasize how quiet it is - you can literally be standing next to it and not hear it running. And on top of how quiet it is, it cleans great. Highly recommended

We finished our kitchen renovation and I wasn’t expecting fro replace my dishwasher. My last one wasn’t doing well so we decided to get this one to replace my old one. It just blows any dishwasher I’ve ever had out of the water. So quiet and does an amazing job cleaning and I love the versatility is fantastic. Highly recommend

We got it around end of November 2024 when our old dish washer was broken! After used it almost 2 months, we like it so much!! It is quiet than we thought, it has express option in one hour that is great! As we just have several dishes don’t need “ normal wash” in 2-3 hours that is too long!! It saves our time!! Love it!!

Really nice dishwasher! Very quiet, cleans beautifully, looks great in the kitchen. My wife absolutely loves it. Everything is completely dry ! No spotting! Very happy with our purchase! Oh we have had the machine for around three months now! We definitely would recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking too buy.

This is the quietest dishwasher we have used, owned many brands and very happy with this one, The controls on the top of the door make it easier to keep our grandchildren from trying to use them. The linear cleaning is a very nice feature. Having a top silverware holder saves space on the bottom one to use for other items.

This is one of the best dishwasher on the market! Oh my gosh, it is so quiet. The only way that I know that it is on, is the timer. Another feature that I really love is the fingerprint resistant. I don’t have to worry about cleaning the unit down. Oh, and the best park, when the cycle is done, the dishwasher opens to air dry the dishes. My dishes are super clean! I am very pleased with this unit.

Great Dishwasher! Quiet, cleans great! I have two teenagers that are responsible for cleaning the dishes and they don't pre-rinse the dishes like they should. This dishwasher is "teenager proof" the dishes are clean after only 1 cycle and it notifies me when the cycle is done, so I can scream. "GO PUT UP THE DISHES!!!"

The dishwasher is great... the cylces can take a long time but it has high heat and heated dry so it is worth the time. It also have many other settings so you can make it shorter if you need to.

Sleek looking and super quiet at the 39dBA level. Lots of capacity with the 3 racks. Love the dryer feature with automated door (AutoRelease) opening at the end of cycle.
