Dinner dishes don't fit

Neither set fits in the dishwasher. The top spray wheel hits them. Perhaps there is a way of adjusting the top spray wheel

Thank you for your review. We are here to help with your concerns with the dishwasher.
The lower rack can accommodate plates up to 12 inches in diameter and the upper rack can accommodate plates up to 8 inches in diameter.
The top spray/nozzle could not be adjusted but the height of the upper rack could be, it as well could be removed. Please refer to pages 16 - 18 of this model's user manual I have shared below for steps in adjusting the height or removing the upper rack.
In addition, please refer to pages 21 - 22 of this model's user manual for a guide to loading the racks.

It Has One Job and It's Terrible At It

For pros, it is very quiet, and I appreciate that it sort of sings at you when it's done and it opens the door a bit when it's finished to help air dry the dishes I guess. As for cleaning (it's one job), I do not know exactly why we have had such a rotten time with it when there are so many glowing reviews, but we desperately miss our old Kenmore. It does not consistently clean anything for us except silverware that we put in the top tray. At first when we were having issues I meticulously went through the manual to make sure we were placing dishes correctly. We made adjustments to how we handled pans in particular since we had been placing them incorrectly, but it did not help. Almost every time we run it we have to take items out and hand wash them or leave them for a second run. It's unclear why we even have this appliance at this point and we're seriously considering donating it and getting something else if we can scrape together the money.

Had a small issue with the top cutlery rack. After less than a weeks usage one of the fingers that props up the silverware broke. Contacted Samsung care within a few days a replacement rack was on my doorstep free of charge and completely hassle free. Some reviews I read on this product people were concerned about not having a heated dry option, I honestly can tell you I don’t miss it one bit. Make sure you are using jet dry and your dishes will come out clean and dry. If you are debating getting this product hope this review helps.

Wanted to "prove he could still do it". Leaked within the first 30 days, fixed it by leveling the rear (t20 under the front lip). Also tucked the rubber flap that he stated "just kind of hangs there" behind the kick plate, as I had asked him. Tucked the side seals into the cabinets, as well. For reference, it was a 3rd party that installed, not geek squad. Washer is rediculiously quiet. We can watch a movie essentially in the same room and have no issues.

It is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. The only complaint I have is that the second rack doesn’t stay in place when you pull it out to place or remove dishes. It may be due to flooring or installation but I don’t know. If I could get that fixed I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

I just wish you could turn off the function where it automatically opens (to help dry the dishes). When it's hot in the summer I would prefer not to let hot steamy air out into the house. I also appreciate the Express wash 60 minute option and almost always use it instead of the normal 3 hour wash.
