It is a very nice quality built dishwasher with a lot of features and it is VERY quiet.. I can’t even hear it running!!! However the drawback is the dishes do not come out as clean as I hoped. I’ve tried everything but still have wash some dishes by hand. I don’t cate fir the rinse dispenser... you can’t really tell when it is full.

The quietest dishwasher I have ever used pops itself open to dry and notifies your phone when complete.

Dishwasher is great so far; dishes are spotless and noise level during operation is super quiet. We had the Best Buy contractors install it. They did a great job; clean, professional and were friendly.

Probably the best dishwasher I've ever owned. Pop open option is fantastic and speed dries everything very well. No disappointments. Very quiet also.

When we purchased this dishwasher, we trusted the **SAMSUNG** name, expecting quality and reliability. **Big mistake.** This dishwasher has been nothing short of a disaster. For the first few months, it worked fine. Then, at around the six-month mark, **the nightmare began**—it started leaking **every single time** we used it. No big deal, right? Just call Samsung and get it fixed. **WRONG.** Samsung’s customer service is a complete joke. They read from their little scripts, repeating the same useless lines like robots. **Five**—yes, FIVE—technicians came out to “fix” the issue. And guess what? **Still leaked. Every. Single. Time.** My fiancé had to take off work for these pointless visits, but that was just the beginning of the frustration. So, my fiancé called Samsung customer service. **More of the same.** Hours wasted on hold, getting transferred around, only to be **hung up on** after **three-plus hours**. At this point, we thought maybe—just maybe—getting bumped up to a "specialty claims associate" would get us somewhere. **WRONG AGAIN.** Enter **Sharon**, the so-called specialist. Rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Instead of offering a proper fix or a replacement, she decided we’d get a **reimbursement.** Sounds reasonable, right? **Wrong.** Now, we’re stuck buying a whole new dishwasher, paying another delivery fee, another installation fee, and wasting even more time. The worst part? **I was a loyal Samsung customer.** My house is FILLED with Samsung products—**four** Samsung TVs, the Bespoke washer and dryer, microwave, and we were even planning to buy a Samsung fridge and stove. **Not anymore.** After this debacle and the absolute disgrace that is Samsung’s customer service, my family will take our business elsewhere. Dishwasher cleans well and have various features on shelves to accommodate different size dishes. It is very quite. It looks good in kitchen.

I installed this on my own in about 30 minutes. Very easy. This is probably the most quiet dishwasher you will ever own- you'll have to actually listen to notice it while it's running. I know some people do not like how it pops open when it's done. My wife and I actually really like that feature and would actually open the door on our former dishwasher to let it air dry. The adjustable racks are incredibly versatile. The connection to Samsung SmartThings is pretty cool, but may not be useful for everyone. I don't have anything negative to say about this dishwasher, just hope it holds up.

Very good dishwasher! Very flexible with spacing and zones. The auto-open feature gets dishes very dry. Even the plastic ones, which won't be completely dry are the driest I've ever experienced and I've used a lot of dishwashers in my life. Best Buy was also really great to deal with. The first one I got had a small dent on the front and the leveling screw wasn't working, so they delivered a new one and took the old one away. But since we already installed it, they even let me use it over Christmas so I wouldn't be washing dishes over Christmas. Very good experience!

This replaced a Whirlpool which was great..but the quality of this one is fantastic! You get what you pay for..I check on it to see if its running its super stealth. Not like the other one that sounded like it was grinding our dishes. Buy it !!

Do not buy this dishwasher. Simply miserable experience. I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

Excellent dishwasher, I purchased a second one for our other home. It is very quiet and cleans well. I holy recommend this dishwasher.

Dishwasher works great! Always clean and super quiet The Smart Things addition is always informative. The 3rd rack on top is awesome for the silverware!
