The racks are as deep and wide as our last one, but not as tall. So not worthy of 5 stars. However, it actually cleans the dishes! No prewash needed.

It’s whisper quiet and I Love the connection to Samsung hub, it pings my Apple Watch and ebee wen my smart tv when the cycle is completed. It’s also got incredible cleaning power in a quick 60 min cycle. Plus the aesthetic is just what we were looking for!

Don't do it. I've had this for less than a year and the whole unit has been serviced and replaced twice. When it works, it's pretty great. Very quiet and gets dishes clean. But I'm now perpetually looking over my shoulder waiting for the next error code. Samsung should stop making dishwashers and focus on time machines so I can go back and make a different choice. Only bright side is my Best Buy rep was very helpful in trying to get things resolved.

Cleans great! Can't even hear it in the next room. Racks should be stainless.

This Samsung is a great dishwasher. I love the features, it is extremely quiet and in the last few minutes of the drying system, the door pops open to let out the excessive steam. Wonderful! The two men that delivered the appliance were thorough, kind and efficient! I will always use Best Buy products!

Leaves dishes super clean and easy to use it doesn’t disappoint

Great machine! Easy to install. Just be cautious with kids and opening it whule running. But it washes and dries better than any one we've ever had.

The black stainless looks nice. It wanted to lowest dcbl. The only time we heard noise is draining. We didn't realize but when the dishes are done the door popes open.

Wife really loves it. Really quiet, cleans really well.

This dishwasher is so quiet we can’t hear it when we are standing right next to it. We weren’t expecting it to not have a heating element so that has taken some getting used to but we love it.

This is THE WORST dishwasher I have ever owned in my entire life! It actually is the first dishwasher I have ever purchased and I have never been more disappointed. I chose this model solely for the fact it didn't have a handle - I wanted it to match my Samsung refrigerator which also has no handles. I didn't really want the most expensive model but was willing to pay extra so it would match and I THOUGHT it was going to be a great appliance. WRONG! The dishes do not clean well at all. You absolutely have to wash them all in the sink first. Then they don't rinse well and they definitely don't dry. I hate the fact they get air dried by the door popping open at the end of the cycle. I really miss my heated dry cycle that all my other dishwashers had. I have switched to the most expensive soap hoping that would clean the dishes better. It only had a marginal effect. I added the rinse agent - something I have never needed in the past - and still only a marginal improvement. The dishwasher also has an odor to it even after the dishes are all clean or the dishwasher is empty. I've never experienced that with any previous dishwasher and I don't know how to make it go away! How can it smell after a 2 1/2 hour wash cycle? I thought I would love how you can make adjustments to the racks but I still can't fit as many dishes as I could with my previous dishwashers. I don't like how the silverware baskets clip on - I like to be able to lift out the basket so I can move it to my counter above my silverware drawer. Unclipping this would be too much of a hassle so now it's more work putting away silverware. I think the only thing I like about the interior is the 3rd rack. It's very useful. So basically I spent all this money just for the exterior to match my kitchen (it does look great) and for that 3rd rack. Otherwise, this is a useless piece of garbage. To be fair I absolutely love my Samsung fridge, stove and microwave. They are all super amazing. I have no idea how Samsung failed so miserably on this dishwasher!

It washes my dishes quietly. Got it half off due to some issues with the consultant, but is good.

great looks and extremely quiet. sometimes leaves a few items still damp after dry cycle. overall very satisfied with the product

Great Dishwasher. love the sleek look of it and the spacious inside is exactly what we needed as a family of 4. You can rearrange it so many ways to fit everything to get washed.
