I absolutely love this dishwasher! It's very quiet, other than when it's draining you barely hear it running. Also I had to do the test, the super stuck on glass lasagna pan...proud to say it came out so clean, I was shocked. This is definitely worth the money.

I purchased this dishwasher 2-1/2 years ago, and it just went on the fritz. It kept reading 4C and PC error codes, but after reading up on what those meant, I still couldn't find anything wrong. I called around for repair, and every place told me it would run at least $200-$400 to fix. They also told me that Samsung dishwashers are among the worst, so much so that many repair places won't even fix them because they're too much work/trouble. Just do some light research online for this specific model and Samsung dishwashers in general, and you'll see what I mean. I just purchased a Bosch to replace this piece of junk - hopefully it lasts longer.

Definitely quiet, and efficient but they forgot about the left rear corner. The dishwasher simply does not get the left rear corner on any rack remotely clean. I wish that I had done more research on this purchase.

We love this dishwasher. We have not pre-rinsed any dishes since we got it. The door opens when the cycle is complete which lessens the power consumption. I would recommend ordering the installation kit.

Been using regularly for over a month. works great. Very quiet as advertised. Love the 3rd row for utensils.

Great dishwasher. Cleans great. You must use sanitize and other settings to get the water hot which dries the dishes much better. Use only name brands dish-washing pods and jet dry for best cleaning and drying. Very please with this dishwasher. It is super quiet.

I really am happy with my Samsung dishwasher. It is so quiet that the first time that I used it I wasn’t sure that it was running. Nice interior. The third shelve is a nice little bonus for small things.

I’ve had for over a year and no problems. It does take 2 hours for a normal cycle. Make sure you press the correct button. I accidentally hit delay start a few times and couldn’t figure out how to undo!

Shelves pull out feeling like they're scraping against metal when sliding in and out. Shelves also tend to fall off their tracks often when pulled out. On a positive note, when running, even if you're in the same room, it's almost impossible to know it's running. I've actually had to get up from the table where I was reading to make sure I remembered to turn it on.

We bought this dishwasher to replace the one already in the house we just bought. The existing one was pretty loud and with the house having an open concept main floor, you could never hear anything over the dishwasher. We chose this one because of the low decibel rating and to match the appliances we have slowly began replacing. We also were sold on the third rack concept and the fact you can move the top rack up or down based on what you have in the dishwasher thinking this dishwasher would have more room than the one we had. We were wrong. The top rack has little to no room when it is in the high position but if you lower it, plates won't fit in the bottom rack. I can't fit any of my cookie sheets on the bottom rack... the dishwasher we had before could at least fit all our dishes. Knowing what I know now, I would have just kept the old one.

Black stainless is the way to go. Don’t know how I lived without the top rack. Such a great creature. Performance is above par with the sprayers going back and forth rather than spinning like most dishwashers. Such a great option with many functional choices.

Works great and it's been very quiet. Can barley tell It's running. The option of of having one be more powerful is great for pots and pans.

So far seems to be a great purchase. You have to stand right next to it to make sure it is actually running. Extremely quiet!!! Dishes are clean when it’s done. Win win!! Unless something changes after we’ve had it more than a month.

This dishwasher is very low quality, the plastic frame was cracked when I unboxed it. Once I got the dishwasher installed I got the LC code because it was leaking. I took it back out and found a leak from one of the pump hoses. While doing this I noticed broken spot weld and the noise deadening material was melting off the tub and falling onto the mechanical parts. It does not clean as well as the 9 year old Frigidaire it replaced, I sold it for $40, I wish I had kept it and never bought this Samsung Bespoke glass panel machine. It took a moth to finally get the glass panel delivered only to find that it does not fit properly, it bows out at the top which is am sure will catch lots of spills.

I've never seen cleaner more sparkling results in any other dishwasher. Its scary how quiet it is, I have to look at the display countdown to see its still on. Even on the "Express 60" setting (shortest wash cycle) the results are amazing. I'm in the process of pulling everything I have stored in my cabinets out to re-wash because you feel they are brand new after being washed in this dishwasher & I rather have them stored for future use in this condition.

I bought this April 15th, it quite working April 20th, Positive is it was quiet when it was working. I returned the unit.

You cannot believe how quiet this washer really is!! First load we ran had to check to see if it turned on. Does a fantastic job of washing. Was skeptical about air-drying feature but works flawlessly and very energy efficient.

It’s a dishwasher so far so good better then the first Samsung one that only lasted three years
