The look is great! The hidden buttons enhances the look of the dishwasher. Just as important, the dishwasher is very quite when running.

Extremely quite. Lots of options. Haven’t used all the settings yet.

We bought this dishwasher to replace the one already in the house we just bought. The existing one was pretty loud and with the house having an open concept main floor, you could never hear anything over the dishwasher. We chose this one because of the low decibel rating and to match the appliances we have slowly began replacing. We also were sold on the third rack concept and the fact you can move the top rack up or down based on what you have in the dishwasher thinking this dishwasher would have more room than the one we had. We were wrong. The top rack has little to no room when it is in the high position but if you lower it, plates won't fit in the bottom rack. I can't fit any of my cookie sheets on the bottom rack... the dishwasher we had before could at least fit all our dishes. Knowing what I know now, I would have just kept the old one.

I’ve had for over a year and no problems. It does take 2 hours for a normal cycle. Make sure you press the correct button. I accidentally hit delay start a few times and couldn’t figure out how to undo!

Great Machine so far. Cleans and sanitizes. Adjustable racks are very convenient

Great dishwasher. Cleans great. You must use sanitize and other settings to get the water hot which dries the dishes much better. Use only name brands dish-washing pods and jet dry for best cleaning and drying. Very please with this dishwasher. It is super quiet.

Very very quiet, but the washing quality is average. At the same time, my previous dishwasher (20 years old) were drying much better. The functionality of opening the door before finishing drying cycle makes all dishes with good temperature to take them out. You don't need to wait them to cool off.

Very happy with this purchase. It does good job with cleaning but not with drying.

This is the best of the best! without a doubt, one of the the quietest dishwashers on the market. Cleans the dishes perfectly and love all the different features it offers.

Bought this DW in April 2023 and we really wanted to love it, but it's been a big letdown. PROS: Quiet, nice-looking. CONS: Silverware baskets don't fit and are hard to use, 3rd rack items don't get clean, bottom rack tines are too floppy, below-average drying, programmable features are hard to use, and now the dishes are coming out dirty. We have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher!

So far seems to be a great purchase. You have to stand right next to it to make sure it is actually running. Extremely quiet!!! Dishes are clean when it’s done. Win win!! Unless something changes after we’ve had it more than a month.

You cannot believe how quiet this washer really is!! First load we ran had to check to see if it turned on. Does a fantastic job of washing. Was skeptical about air-drying feature but works flawlessly and very energy efficient.

Black stainless is the way to go. Don’t know how I lived without the top rack. Such a great creature. Performance is above par with the sprayers going back and forth rather than spinning like most dishwashers. Such a great option with many functional choices.

Love the way the dishes feel so clean when they come out. I just wish the door didn't pop open on it's own when it finishes.

Terrible Installation Experience. Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
