We were looking for the best, and it was actually in stock. Had it installed and we just took the day off. Samsung has made Dishwashers “Great Again” Maga accolades.

I bought this because I love samsung phones and wanted smart appliances. I figured samsung is good a tech and would be best bet for smart appliances. The smart features are pointless. Cant start it remotely. It doesnt stay online when power is off. I have 10 dollar battery powered wireless sensors with more intelligence than this dishwasher. Also samsung is not good at making appliances. Check out the facebook page about all the returns of samsucks. After a couple uses the auto release broke, repair man said it is a common problem. If you do buy samsung appliances make sure you get the extended warranty.

Large and quiet this machine gets anything clean. No finger prints

I like the door opens to dry out at end of wash. I like 3rd top shelf for washing large utensils. One negative: dish support tines on bottom rack not ideal for all loads.

This is a super quiet machine. The best part is that once it’s finished with the cycle it pops open to release the steam.

Good in look. Too early to comment on the performance, but it has few operations that we are not clear of.. glass jars after wash are showing up marks, not sure if we are using this proper. Has to go through the manual or talk to customer care on how to use this better. otherwise, it is good to use.

Our happiest purchase, only wish the bottom rack had more flexibility but would buy again. Extremely Quite!! Cant tell it's running most times.

The dishwasher is Super quiet! Can barely hear it running.

It cleans stuck on gooey messes without a lot of noise in a kitchen.

Love the fact the door opens automatically when finished, stainless steel interior, the fingerprint resistance & above all, I don't even hear it when it is working!

This high powered dishwasher works wonderfully. Cleans up everything we throw at it. Love how the middle rack is adjustable to fit those large awkward pots.

I’ve had this dishwasher for a little over 2 years. I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.

We visited Best Buy after a disappointing order and failed delivery by a big box improvement store. Upon entering Best Buy in Spring Hill, Fl we were introduced to Lizzett Torres and to our amazement she took the time to learn our needs and criteria and helped us find the right dishwasher appliance at the right price, handled setting up delivery and continued warranty maintenance program. It was the most rewarding and pleasant shopping experience in a very long time. Lizzett has made us Best Buy customers forever.

The dish washer has been working great. Love all the features and is very quiet. The 3rd party installers did a fantastic job removing and installing the unit.

So quiet you don't even know it's running. Surprisingly the door automatically opens letting you know the load is done.. This dishwasher is amazing!

Cleans great.. I love that is pops open when its done then it dont get that smell from sitting closed.

Love it, we replaced out old (new but came with the house and didn't clean much) this one works much butter and it has WIFI and can be added to Smartthings
