Poor cleaning and seal caused major leak in kitchen within a few weeks. Do not recommend

First one dented...2 one broken in 2 months ...horrible smell inside..very disappointed in this expensive product DO NOT BUY!

If I could give 0 stars i would. I had seen this dishwasher in open box "excellent condition" for about 2mths. at the Metaire store. Approximately 1hr from my house. I decided to pull the trigger. When I arrived I was informed that the store had only been closed for several months & was open for only 3wks. & didn't have it. We looked on the Best Buy site & seen one about 30min. away. As advised by the sales associate I put it in my cart & checked out to make sure it would let me. When I arrived it was bubble wrapped & ready to go. When I arrived home I unwrapped it. There were dents & scratches on it, opened the door & there was broken parts in the bottom. Then I had to load it up & take it to UPS. This was a terrible experience that cost me time & money.

Leaks frm front damaged cabinets not even a year old

This dishwasher is very quiet to the point you dont even know if its running or not. I have put many loads through it at this point and it has done a excellent job cleaning everything. I love the self opening feature to let out all the steam. My previoud washer would not do that which would result in wet dishes. I love the addition of the 3rd rack for large utensils. It makes it very easy to load. There are many adjustments that can be made to fit any and most dishes or pots. The hardware to secure the dishwasher was a bit flimsy and bent out of shape on me multiple times. I wish there was a bit more configuration adjustment on the bottom rack tines to allow for bigger or thicker cutting boards.

This is a big washer. Much wider and deeper than my last one, which I was not expecting. It was delivered with care and I didn't experience any problem with that. Once connected, I tested it out with a towel. This washer is made mostly for liquid detergent, as I was previously using powder but found that the detergent tray was too small for even a half scoop (I've since switched to liquid). The tray itself is easy to locate and opens/closed very easily. No problem there. Once started, the regular washing cycle takes about 1h20m, which is longer than my last machine which only took about 55m, but again, it was a smaller machine. Once you press start, or play, the door locks and takes quite a long time to get started. It sort of just sits idle for almost a minute before any water begins rushing through. Once filled, the agitator starts moving, but only completes a single 360 before changing its direction and doing another 360, incredibly slowly. I initially thought it was broken or the load was somehow too heavy, but this is how it works. Its silent because it doesnt agitate quickly or splash water around at fast speeds. Make no mistake, the clothes still get clean, it iust takes long. The spin cycle goes as fast as expected and still relatively quiet. Overall, it's bigger than it seems (I can fit a weeks' worth of clothes, a large towel, and my pillow cases before I feel like anything more would be too much. I'm not a gambler) and might surprise you at how slow it goes and how long a regular cycle takes, but it's quieter than any other washer I've owned and still cleans as well as them too. If noise and vibration are your biggesg concern, and not time, then this is the machine for you

The one absolute factor for me in purchasing a dishwasher is noise. You can't hear it unless you get real close and i mean real close. Glasses and dishes come out clean. (I use the SmartApp which I love) Very sleek and a lot of room, even with a 3rd level that we use all the time for silverware. The zone cleaning, I am not a big fan of just because I cant honestly find a purpose.

So this is the most expensive of the units to get all the bells and whistles. They need the same unit without the 3rd rack. Pros: Sleek design QUIET Smartthings Compatible Stainless Steel Tub Buttons on the top edge of the door Auto door pop to dry when the cycle is complete More jets for more cleaning power on the lower left rack Cons: I had to remove 3rd/top rack. It is not user friendly, gets in the way of the middle rack and honestly, who wants to take the time to organize silverware? The middle drawer is adjustable but in the up position you can't fit medium sized cups or bowls and in the down position you can't put standard cutting boards in the bottom rack. 3rd rack just doesn't make that much sense. The buttons are not very touch sensitive. I have to hit buttons over and over again for them to work. There is no pre-wash cup for detergent. You're just supposed to squirt it on the door. But how much is too much? The silverware holder in the bottom rack is in two pieces, snaps into place and has built on silverware separators. Two pieces is not too bad but to pull them out you have to hold the rack down and yank them out otherwise you pull the whole rack out. While I understand the silverware separators who has the time to put silverware pieces in one by one? Also, you have to take them out one by one instead of by the handful otherwise you're yanking out the whole holder or rack. Smartthings integration is only handy for notifying you when the washing is done and I think it saves some settings. You can't use the app unless you physically turn on the dishwasher. Then the app then lets you send info to the dishwasher but what's the point when you are already in front of the dishwasher turning it on? What they really need is a way to turn on/start/stop the dishwasher remotely.

Best washer we have ever… 04-06-2021 13:46 1 2 3 4 5 First of all I would like to say we received this cloths washer at a discounted price to do a honest review on it, and I must say we are very happy with it even without the discount, If we needed to buy again without it we wood. We love this washer and all the settings make it so much easer to use, just pick your load type and set the dial and the washer adjust the temperature, the water level . it plays a little tune when its done, I can hear it from my train room and I know when to go put the clothes in the dryer. The ActiveWave agitator is fantastic. It also dose a test spin before starting to check for even loading so the spin cycle is Smoove running. it is quieter running then our old washer so I listen for the little tune at the end to know its done. It is just my wife and I so we use it to do three loads a week, the one setting I use the most is the Normal load setting. It sets the water level to extra high and the water temp. to Warm there is also a Heavy Duty cycle a Delicates, A Bedding and Waterproof, a Quick Wash, a Deep wash, a Rinse & Spin And a Self Clean Cycle that is great for cleaning without any cloths in it. The Water temp, and water level and Heavy, Normal and Light loads are also adjustable, if you want to do it your self without using the auto settings. Yes, I recommend this product

Wow, my 10 year old previous front loader from another brand always made my clothes musty smelling and didn't clean well. This one is such a refreshing change! Even with an agitator, there is so much space inside. The top view photos really don't do it justice; it's way bigger in person. I'm able to do very large loads, which is a must with kids and pets. (Now I'm shopping for a new dryer, because I'm having to split the drying loads into two because it can't fit in the current old dryer!) It is saving me a lot of time though, and the clothes look and smell clean, finally! I love the variety of options for water fill level and cycle length. There's never a bunch of water left inside at the end, it drains well. It is fairly quiet and I don't get the weird "hammer" sound from the water coming in that always happened with my old model, and on the highest speed it stays balanced and level. My kids are enchanted by this thing; they literally watched for hours through the top so they could see every part of the cycle. Haha! My favorite feature, however, is by far the water jet. Ohhh that is so helpful! I love how I can pour detergent from a cup into the dispenser, then use the water jet to rinse it out so there's no sticky drippy residue that goes back on my detergent bottle. It's also great for rinsing product off my fingers! There isn't a sink in my laundry room, so this is incredibly helpful. I bought in December. I love it. I installed myself which was simple (which is great since I’m not handy at all). I have never had a dishwasher that was so quiet. You cannot even hear it run. I also love when cycle is almost complete, the door opens up at the end and the steam comes out. My dishes are dry ( even plastic cups) and clean. I use the top rack for my silver silverware, which I never thought I would like. I also like the ease of adjustable shelves. I can put taller tumblers on the top on it and still have height for bottom shelf to put sheet pans. The only reason I did not give a 5 is for some reason it doesn’t take all stains off inside coffee cups

Best dish washer i ever purchased . Amazing wifi talks to your wifi you can sit with your phone and tell it exatcly whats going on to get exatcly the right settings to save money and get them clean. No more well i guess i set it wide open open i have some dishes left. This thing does it all. Note its wicked fast on auto and way smarter than past products with auto. As far as dishwasher go none could be better

Very quiet. Easy to arrange dishes. The third rack holds small and flat items safely. Dishes are clean. I hope it outlasts the 8 years of my last Samsung dishwasher.

I'm in the process of replacing my appliances after 15 years and it has been a difficult process. I was worried about this dishwasher after reading some of the reviews. I've actually been quite happy with this model. PROS: It is very easy to load, has lots of room, love the top rack for bigger utensils and it is SO quite! I do like it when I get a notification the dishes are done thru the app- kind of weird but okay. Seems to be cleaning the dishes pretty well. No complaints on that yet. CONS: the buttons are a bit hard to activate and the dishes sometimes are not completely dry. It was a bit pricey but I was hoping it was as good as it costs. The control panel does get finger prints on it and smears. Overall I am happy with my purchase and hope Samsung continues to improve their appliances based on the feedback they receive.

The only way you'll know if this dishwasher is running is the timer display and the sound of water in your drain pipes. And it cleans wonderfully. Love the third rack up top for flatware - even though it also has traditional baskets in the bottom, the upper rack keeps items separated (no more spooning spoons) so they're spotlessly cleaned. Also love the sleek design, and the remaining time display that is invisible when off is very sci-fi cool.

This is our first Samsung after our last three Bosch dishwashers and we’re very pleased with how the linear wash thoroughly cleans everything. It’s so quiet we can barely hear it running! All the new features are great - third top shelf, easy loading, adjustable racks and tines make it a pleasure to use. Great looking and no fingerprints. We recommend trying this high quality appliance. One note - be sure to use rinse aid for better drying in all newer model dishwashers.

This washing machine cleans well, is quiet and definitely spins the water from the clothes! Almost too well... if you have to hang dry, the normal cycle permanently sets the creases in your clothes if you aren't going to put them in the dryer. Other than that, the washer seems to be working great. Just a note, if you are vertically challenged, it is definitely a stretch to the bottom of the barrel for those last few items of clothing!!
