Love it! Never had a dishwasher you could hear running.

We bought this dishwasher last month and have been happy with the purchase. It silent run (can barely hear it running) is the most appealing feature in this appliance. The 3rd rack comes in handy to keep small items (like ladles etc). After the wash, the door opens up a bit to dry off the dishes - highly energy efficient. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this diashwasher on black Friday 2022. Installed on Jan 27th 2023 it ran for 3 seconds and went poof. Electrical smell filled the house. I am a mechanic by trade I can tell you when the magic smoke comes out you can't put it back. Fortunately installer Elias was awesome and said let me see if I can get you another one quickly. He gave me his personal cell. Called me later that night and said he was unable to get me another. He would come back and reinstall old one so we could at least do some dishes. Now 4 months later it is March 29th 2023 still have no dishwasher. Still no idea when or if the new one will arrive before Easter. Keep getting uninstall automated appt requests. Still on back order I guess. Communication sucks.

The quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. Extremely easy to use.

Unit does not come with required hoses and cords. We are missing some of the hardware to mount to the cabinet. Have adjusted the legs, but the unit still wants to tip when the door is open.

Much more effective than our previous dishwasher. Functional yet sleek. I have to get used to the recess function panel which sits on top of the door. When you close it you have to reach between the cabinent and the door and click the start. Not a huge issue just have to get used to it.

I love how the color complements everything in the kitchen. It works awesome as well.

I love this dishwasher. Not only does it boast a ton of space, including a third top rack, but it offers a speed wash feature that fully cleans the dishes in an hour. My wife and I rarely completely fill the entire dishwasher so this is perfect for us. The smart features work well in conjunction with my other Samsung smart products as well.

Samsung needs to stick to electronics and not appliances! We had GE (lower end model which came with the new build) Piece of garbage it melted inside and the gasket ripped. How we ended up needing to get a new dishwasher. Then I was looking at Bosch. Way more money and went to see it in Best Buy. Umm NO that looked like a 2 year old put it together. Then we looked at Miele. Now that is a dishwasher! However, I don't feel like re-mortgaging the house for a dishwasher. Pros on the Samsung - Liked the door clock and how quiet it was. Yup that is where it ends. Cons - Didn't dry well, didn't clean well, the door didn't stay open, the racks kept rolling out when you tried to load it, The door would not stay flat so you could load the bottom, the black gasket strip looked terrible on the outside and was ripped, the top rack was not level and the buttons were temperamental. So now we have an LG Model:LDT7808SS and we LOVE IT so far! Even has a light inside and just as quiet as the Samsung. Off by a few numbers, but still just as quiet.

This dishwasher has many organization options. It's so quiet. Love it.

Love the adjustable racks and small rack on top for large spoons. So quiet while running.

A little hard to install but super quiet! I really like the fingerprint resistant finish!

I would recommend this dish washer to everyone. This unit does a fantastic job.

Love being able to adjust the racks to fit whatever I need. Also having the door pop open after the load finishes is a great feature.

The washing machine is great--when it works. After 7 days it stopped powering on. However, Best Buy replaced it--no problem, no charge, and within 5 days.
