Twice it was brought to my place and first, we needed 12 feet long hose that I must buy before they can install. the second time, I bought the hose but the dishwasher was damaged.

Techs could not find where the water was coming from and suggested i call Samsung directly to address if it leaks again. I've read and seen on Youtube that this is very common. Cannot recommend atm due to LC code.

The wifi addition is really neat. The dishes have been sparkling ever since I installed this. As with the rest of my appliances Best Buy was easy to purchase from and delivery was smooth.

They had to use their heads and improvise a little in the cabinet and were quite up to it. They were polite, explained the problem to me and cleaned up after themselves. 5 stars

Black Stainless Peeling! Buyer’s Remorse!

My Samsung microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher were bought together; all appliances EXCEPT the dishwasher have held up fine. We installed our appliances when our house was finished; less than 5 months later, the finish is peeling and fine scratches are showing! Mind you, we are extremely careful. Our $400 Whirlpool resisted toddlers and pets; showed zero signs of use after ten years, meanwhile, the RIDICULOUSLY expensive Samsung dishwasher can’t hold up it’s finish after a few short months (even with cautious treatment). I had friends tell me to steer clear, but I had my heart on the black stainless Samsung appliances. Huge mistake! I’m very regretful of splurging on this dishwasher.
