Less than 2 years and machine stopped working!

After less than 2 years, today the machine stopped working during the rinse cycle and there's a burning smell. I use the washer maybe 2-3 times per week - so not even excessive use. Of course, neither Samsung or BB cover the product for more than a year. Very disappointing that an appliance cannot even last for 24 months.

The size is perfect and I can fit a TON of stuff in each load. Super easy to use and I think the price for the set is really reasonable. My only complaint is how long it takes to wash my bedding

Shopped around and the price was comparable to Home Depot. When it was delivered it had a scratch on front but delivery guy called Best Buy and I was offered to have another washer delivered in place or gift card.

My clothes are clean and smell fresh. Has an agitator but still has a lot of room. It’s eco friendly so it can fill up just enough to get clothes clean. Gently washes clothes. I don’t have to worry about my delicates getting ruined or stretched out.
