Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

As someone who has had the privilege to have a dishwasher for 50+ years this one is by far the best and the QUIETEST. So quiet I had to check to make sure it was even on. I have had this dishwasher since the 6th of April (not March) and couldn’t be happier!!!!

We wanted a Bosch but due to supply chain problems we had to wait several months so went with the allegedly comparable Samsung dishwasher. It isn't comparable- not even close. If not for its quiet operation we would have given it one star. Samsung should stick to making televisions. Wait for the Bosch.

Best Buy delivered and made sure to let me know about the return policy before they left my property. I appreciated the professionalism of the team. Hookup was very straightforward and the dishwasher looks very nice installed. I have only ran it a couple of times so far, but the dishes have come out very clean.
