Very poor cleaning

Looks great, super quiet, super expensive, but does not clean well. I have read the manual twice, tried 4 different soaps and rinse aids, tried adjusting the shelves, loaded dishes multiple ways and tried all settings to no avail. I am really frustrated, disappointing and ready to get this out of my life. Am I overlooking something?

Did not know the door pops open after the cycle has completed. Trying to figure out how to turn off that option. On hold Best Buy trying to do a ptice match.

Samsung dishwasher headache

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a similar unit and it leaked and ruined my base of my cabinets thought it was due to misuse by previous homeowners bought this new to us unit open box excellent condition and it leaked at the rack bolt connection to the main body verification by geek squad said it's not repairable returned and purchased a Bosch 800 series. Much happier

To small, would not buy again.

The space between the bottom rack and the top rack is very small, a normal size plate has to be leaned over or the blade will hit. It is very quiet, but I works prefer a deeper bottom rack, I can’t even put pots in the bottom rack because there’s no room.

You can utilize the lower rack of your dishwasher by folding down the tines in the Zone Booster area to accommodate larger items, such as pots and pans.
Additionally, you can adjust the angle of the tines in the Upper rack to three different positions to match the size and shape of your dishes. Furthermore, the height of both the upper and lower racks can be adjusted to best fit your needs.
Please see page 15 under the "Angle of the plate supports" page 15 in the "Height adjustment" and page section of the manual for more details.
