Used this in a flip with white kitchen - looks awesome.

I regret to inform you that this purchase ranks as the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a product. Being a loyal customer of Samsung, I held high expectations, but this particular item has fallen drastically short. Initially, the installation appeared successful, and the product functioned correctly for the first month. However, it soon began to leak, causing extensive water damage to my brand-new kitchen furniture—a distressing outcome. Upon contacting Best Buy for a potential inspection or exchange, I was met with a discouraging response, citing that my request fell outside their 30-day exchange policy. Subsequently, they insisted on visiting my home three times before even considering an exchange, a process that felt like a deliberate strategy to mislead and delay resolution. Despite promises of an exchange, the outcome was a series of unnecessary repairs—four different components were replaced, none of which were faulty. To add insult to injury, it was later suggested by Samsung that the root cause was an issue not disclosed at the point of sale: the floor needed to be leveled to prevent leakage. This critical information was absent from all promotional and instructional material provided. My dealings with Best Buy's repair service have been frustratingly inefficient and unprofessional. On one occasion, a technician, admitting there was little he could do further for the appliance, opted not to attend the scheduled repair, showcasing a lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction. Based on this ordeal, I strongly advise against purchasing this dishwasher and dealing with Best Buy's repair services. Their approach has been nothing short of exasperating, and their inability to offer a satisfactory resolution is unacceptable.

Quiet, easy to use, sleek to look at. Appliances were delivered and installed by Best Buy technicians who did a fantastic job and were courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The positive is, it is very quite. The negative, it is horrible at cleaning. No matter the setting you choose it does not get my dishes clean. You need to clean them before going in as when i go to empty it, I am putting multiple items back in to be washed again. So disappointed.

A great washer and we got it for an excellent price. Our old washer died so I needed a new one quickly and found this one one sale. Well worth it! Does a great job and the timer actually applies to real life time!

This dishwasher is so quiet that you can’t even tell it’s on !

Samsung needs to stick to electronics and not appliances! We had GE (lower end model which came with the new build) Piece of garbage it melted inside and the gasket ripped. How we ended up needing to get a new dishwasher. Then I was looking at Bosch. Way more money and went to see it in Best Buy. Umm NO that looked like a 2 year old put it together. Then we looked at Miele. Now that is a dishwasher! However, I don't feel like re-mortgaging the house for a dishwasher. Pros on the Samsung - Liked the door clock and how quiet it was. Yup that is where it ends. Cons - Didn't dry well, didn't clean well, the door didn't stay open, the racks kept rolling out when you tried to load it, The door would not stay flat so you could load the bottom, the black gasket strip looked terrible on the outside and was ripped, the top rack was not level and the buttons were temperamental. So now we have an LG Model:LDT7808SS and we LOVE IT so far! Even has a light inside and just as quiet as the Samsung. Off by a few numbers, but still just as quiet.

Love this dishwasher works like a champ easy to install

Bought this diashwasher on black Friday 2022. Installed on Jan 27th 2023 it ran for 3 seconds and went poof. Electrical smell filled the house. I am a mechanic by trade I can tell you when the magic smoke comes out you can't put it back. Fortunately installer Elias was awesome and said let me see if I can get you another one quickly. He gave me his personal cell. Called me later that night and said he was unable to get me another. He would come back and reinstall old one so we could at least do some dishes. Now 4 months later it is March 29th 2023 still have no dishwasher. Still no idea when or if the new one will arrive before Easter. Keep getting uninstall automated appt requests. Still on back order I guess. Communication sucks.

It works exactly as described. So far so good. Very quite

We found no serious problems with the washer’s ability to clean, and we liked its high-capacity drum and built-in faucet for pre-treating stains. As for drawbacks, some cycles took significantly longer than average to finish and a few left much more water in the laundry that we’d expect.

Worked only okay for two years. Literally two weeks after the warranty expired, it stopped working.

The unit is brand new I've only had it for a week and a half but so far it's been really awesome, however I am a little nervous because most of the clients experts tell me they have a lot of issues with Samsung and they have issues with the company back in their product unless it's electronic.

Very nice machine and it is so quiet hard to believe it is on.

The washing machine is great--when it works. After 7 days it stopped powering on. However, Best Buy replaced it--no problem, no charge, and within 5 days.

Cleans dirty dishes to a shine. Very quiet dishwasher.
