Picked this Washer up the same day as the matching Dryer and have had no issues; very easy to use, quiet and clothes come out great.

Very surprised with this washer. Never had a samsung, easier to use than I expected with a smart washer. After reading the manual all is great. Saves water and electricity, and water levels are great.

Cleans well and very easy to use. Quiet and easy to operate. Best decision we made when the previous washer we had died.

I never used the dishwasher until we purchased this one. The new linear wash system gets even the dirtiest dishes clean. Even using the short wash cycle. The self venting door helps the drying process, leaving your glasses spotless and allows you to unload the dishwasher sooner.

Very happy with the overall performance. Incredibly quiet and cleans well, wish it could have the dishes a bit dryer once a cycle is complete

meh.... indeed it is very quiet and auto open is great, and good to see the time remaining on the front. However two major gaps: a) it has not impressed us (yet) with how clean it gets dishes and b) there is no option to air dry only (no heated drying) which is an important eco option in many other dishwashers. Unclear if we end up returning it.

Dryer worked great. But i am already having trouble with it over heating. I have to wait a week for a technician to come out for a repair. The dryer turns on but will not spin. I am not if I would recommend this item, due to having problems within a month of purchasing.

Awesome dishwasher! Doesn’t make any sound! Just load the dishes and forget about them! They come sparkling clean.

extremely quiet. the quietness to the cycles is astounding compared to the Samsung we had prior. only wish is it held more dishes.

We have been using this dishwasher for about a month. So far it is living up to its claims. I like that it is connected so you can control it and check the operation from anywhere. I love that it opens the door after running to allow things to dry properly. Very nice product .

Fairly awful dishwasher. It gives off a musty humid smell when you haven't run it for a day or so. Also, knives can sometimes come out with rust marks. I have had other dishwashers and this never happened. The door doesn't stay flat unless the bottom rack is partially filled with dishes. Sorry I bought this dishwasher. It is quiet.

Regrettably the Samsung we ordered last November leaked, but the Best Buy team of Paul Vallade and Kwamane Speights were fantastic getting a replacement ordered and installed. We actually like the new one better than the original one (not including the leak). This one is perfect!!! Thanks, Best Buy

Wow its amazing! I had a hard time spending this much for a dishwasher but it was time to get a high end set. WOW I didnt think the sound control would be a big deal. I literally have to put my ear to the door to hear if its even running. Totally worth it!

This dishwasher looks nice and is very quiet. Unfortunately, this is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever used. No matter how frequently I clean it, it smells. Regardless of the type of detergent I use or the cycle I choose, the performance is sub-par. Dishes have come out moldy on more than one occasion. Dishes are dripping wet when the cycle is complete. The racks are spaced oddly, making it difficult to fit dishes on all racks at one time. If I lower the top rack so that small bowls and drinking glasses fit, plates will not fit on the bottom rack. Absolutely a ridiculous dishwasher. I will be replacing it as soon as I can reasonably afford to do so. I regret purchasing this dishwasher.

Capacity is fantastic. Top load for the win. Cleans clothes thoroughly and has cut down on the time it takes me to do laundry.

Disappointing performance for the price. This Samsung dishwasher sounds impressive on paper, but in real use it falls short. Despite the low 39 dBA claim, it doesn’t feel significantly quieter than cheaper models, and some cycles leave dishes with spots and stuck-on food. The 3rd rack feels cramped and awkward, and the controls can be confusing. Build quality feels flimsy for the price, and reliability doesn’t match expectations for a premium machine. Not worth the premium tag compared to better-performing
