Best Buy is really messing up by not answering their own phones in Springfield. I spent way too much time tracking down the rescheduled delivery. Sets the worker up for stress.

Buyer Beware

Ended up having service on it but of course it was just past the warranty. Best Buy tech rescheduled twice. Came out and didn’t have the needed parts. Came out again (2 weeks later) and fixed the failing part. Now 4 months later, same error code again. Samsung is not an appliance company - not worth it! Just buy a brand tried and true.

It Does the Job

The wash cycles are long, but I love the color and the agitator. My previous washer had an impeller and I hated it. I might have given all 5 stars but I’m a bit tainted due to delivery service from Best Buy.

I almost didn’t buy due to the negative reviews about leaking in the back. Make sure you change out the brass fitting to the plastic fitting and don’t forget the bushing!

They clearly explained everything about the appliance. They cleared away all the packing material. We were very pleased with them.

Techs could not find where the water was coming from and suggested i call Samsung directly to address if it leaks again. I've read and seen on Youtube that this is very common. Cannot recommend atm due to LC code.
