First time I have used a Samsung appliance and so far I have no complaints. Am still getting use to it and how to use it.

Works well. I was skeptical that it would keep everything dry without a heating element, but it does well, even on the top rack. I recommend the rinse aid to help.

Dishwasher was working great, until it didn't. Geek Squad came to look at it and said they were amazed it hadn't leaked sooner. When it did, it leaked through our floor underneath it, and and into our basement, luckily no damage there was done. Geek Squad stated the tub that holds the water while it is working was broken, and allowing water to escape, and the base of the unit was also cracked. Samsung told Best Buy to go ahead and replace it. When we went in to the store to set that up (as we were told to do by Best Buy) they told us this model was no longer being made and wasn't available. So they were sending us a new dishwasher one model down. The problem with that was that its white, and ours is slate blue. Best Buy and Samsung's answer; too bad, buy the new panel yourself ($150) AND pay the $160 installation fee. As "Total Tech Members" I would say we are not impressed at all, and wont be using Best Buy or Samsung again after this treatment. Now I have to choose one star for everything because its the only way these companies actually care

The dishwasher was an excellent choice. Installation by Best Buy was a better choice

Samsung always seem to be ahead of everyone else in terms of design efficiency and price ! I love these appliances!

Purchased this for my mother for Mother’s Day and she loves it! She loves how the dishwasher sings to her. It is very easy to install and use. Dishes come out fantastic.

Don’t love it - messes up more often than not (clothes are soaked at times as water doesn’t drain properly - has weird U6 message - takes hours to get done correctly) very disappointed

Cleans our dishes well and is extremely quiet. Being able to create more space with removable sections is helpful with different dish loads. A bit expensive but worth it for us.

I bought the Samsung washer on its reviews .made a great choice

This dishwasher is a hunk of junk. One star because I have to and because it is as quiet as it says it is. It immediately started to fall apart. The top rack is supposed to be adjustable height, but one side of it will not stay up no matter what. The washer blade falls off several times a week. The tines that separate dishes on the bottom rack are loose and fall over. The racks and materials are cheap and break and bend quickly. I wish I had picked something else.

Quiet and clothes are clean. Great washer. Love the functions.

I do not care for the rack system. It stinks in there sometimes. Never had an oder from my old washer

I wish I could give this piece of junk zero stars. It worked great for about a year. Then it started would randomly stop halfway through a cycle, blink an error code and refuse to start again. Then it would randomly just start working. Then it started leaking, now if I can get it to run at all, I have to have a towel underneath to protect my floor and cabinets. Then, the door stopped popping open like it was supposed to so if it does run, the dishes are soaking wet because they don't go through the air dry cycle. What's even better is that I purchased Geek Squad protection. The tech has been out 2 times (going on 3 now) and each time said, yeah I see there's an issue but don't know how to fix it and leaves, telling me to "monitor it". The Geek Squad warranty has a lemon policy, but they will only replace if parts have actually been replaced. When the tech that gets sent (same tech every time) is inept and leaves without doing anything, that leaves me in a lurch. So, I spent $800 on a leaky dishwasher that only works when it wants and Best Buy won't do anything about it...great.
