I dont see why their is bad reviews for this washer, its either they dont know how to operate or its their first time using a washer in their life, or most likely people just brand bashing like normal. I know Samsung has had some bad years for their washers thats why i was hesitant to purchase this one at first but it was newer update model and had a few dozen reviews at time of purchase that were all good. I have had for over 8 months an its been one of best washers i have had, just follow basic setup instructions an the panel is pretty straight forward. I mean if you want to know more about the machine and different fuctions just check a youtube review an get a break down of the different uses of the washer. Its on sale pretty often an would wait for one an you can see it down 30% of the retail price.

Well, I wanted an Lg but that didn't work out. CON is this washer tears up my cloths. I have to wash on the blanket cycle so they don't come out tangled and torn. Other thing is lots of lint left on everything. On some cycles I cannot use just cold. It has a mind of it's own. Warm water emptied my 40 gallon hot water tank. It will not do the calibration. PRO is cleans cloths Great. I have an elder minpin that leakes daily while sleeping on his blankets and washable pads and they come out smelling so fresh. I would have returned it but I already returned 2 others. Ugh

So far, meet my expectation! as the discerption! less noise! good cleaning! only concern about the cleaning time seems bit longer! though, it has quick clean option! So, no complaint!

I used it once it work well my daughter also used it said she like this machine I really love the size of it and with technology made it touch screen really easy to use I had the manual which help made it much easier the color is new to me it fit and appearance is great

Great color, like all the new features. One touch controls that stay lit. Big bold print m, easy to read. Clear glass top, easy to view clothes while they are washing. Washing & spinning is very quiet l. Really great price

Sleek, very nice design. Easy to use and does exactly what we need it to. I really like that it is not bulky and absolutely love the color. Has a cute little song it plays when it’s done to let you know it’s done.

Has been an excellent washer. Quality and performance meeting expectations, with extra large tub but still able to handle cleaning everything given it so far. Samsung never disappoints.

Works as intended. Will say, not sure if it's just because it is white, but thing loves to show dirt. But it's more my fault than anything. Avoid putting dirty clothes on or near it. Easy to clean regardless.
