Samsung REFUSED to help us under warranty. Thankfully we purchased an extended warranty. It took Geek Squad 2 1/2 months, 11 visits, and 7 parts to fix this machine including big ticket items like the motor, cable harness, and printed circuit board. To top it off, Geek Squad damaged the front of the Dishwasher during repair and I had to wait longer to get that replaced. During the process, I filed 4 escalations and not a single manager or division decision-maker would call us. Customer service is a nightmare because they are secretaries and only take messages and set appointments. This was a 3 Samsung appliance purchase and we've had repair issues with every item. Not only will we never purchase Samsung again, we will also not patronize Best Buy. We were treated so poorly and not a single person cared. Going 2 1/2 months without an appliance is absolutely NOT acceptable. This was an expensive dishwasher and that didn't matter either.

Tried multiple detergents, same issue. Unless the dishes were pretty much already clean, a load took 2 cycles to get everything clean. Buttons on the panel after the first month just always seemed like you had to really press to get them to register. Figured it was a minor annoyance. It's now Oct 2024 and the panel buttons quit working. Best Buy wants to charge $130 just to diagnose it. We also bought a Samsung wall oven at the same time that after a year doesn't hold temp. Also bought a Samsung fridge at the same time that started making grinding noises this summer. Seriously.... 2 years and they are all acting like they are 20yrs old. I love my Samsung phone, but I don't care if someone is giving away Samsung's highest end home appliances for free - I will NEVER have another one in my house. The cardboard boxes they came in has more longevity and reliability.

After 4 months of use, running it once per week, machine stopped working, error code PC. After almost 8 weeks of waiting for diagnostics and parts, the machine was not able to be repaired so it was replaced. New machine worked great for 3 months (running once per week), then stopped. Error code PC. Waiting on repair again. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Very happy

Quiet but not a great dishwasher

I regret my decision, the dishwasher is very quiet but doesn’t do a good job washing or drying the dishes. The auto release is supposed to help with drying but it worked once and has not worked since. Also, I think something broke because now there is a crunch noise when closing the door. ALL our appliances are Samsung because we’ve always had a great experience but this dishwasher is the exception.

We were looking one b/c ours died. It is so quiet. Sometimes have to make sure running. I love it. We have a Samsung Fridge & washer And dryer and plan on buying a Samsung Stove, soon as well.
