Got it for my mother, she washes everyday for three grown men that work in landscape. First time I get her something without any negative feedback from her. LOL

Quiet, easy to use, sleek to look at. Appliances were delivered and installed by Best Buy technicians who did a fantastic job and were courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Compliments the 7.4 Samsung dryer. Quiet and alerts when done with nice melody. Clean wash and can hold various load with ease with a top see thru top open door. No regrets!

Needed a new washer/dryer set. This pair happened to be on sale at a really good price. They are very sleek looking, lots of capabilities, perhaps too many, they are getting pretty specific in different settings. Anyway, easy to install and set up, working great so far, no issues at all. They play music when they are done for like a minute which is really cool. If anything changes in the near future, I will add/edit this posting, but to date, had the Washer for 8 weeks and working great.

Picked this Washer up the same day as the matching Dryer and have had no issues; very easy to use, quiet and clothes come out great.

Love this washer!! The larger capacity is great and all the different settings make it easy to use the right one based on the load you’re washing.

Very surprised with this washer. Never had a samsung, easier to use than I expected with a smart washer. After reading the manual all is great. Saves water and electricity, and water levels are great.

It works washes great sometimes it acts up on the spin cycle.

Capacity is fantastic. Top load for the win. Cleans clothes thoroughly and has cut down on the time it takes me to do laundry.

It runs great. I love the features and the fact that you can hand wash something right inside it with the water spout function. The interface is slightly annoying because there are tons of functions that seem to be a little over board. But still good. Not too noisy. It self corrects almost immediately with bulky things. The songs were soo annoying but luckily you can turn that off. The glass already has scratches on it and it's not like I put anything on top to scuff it up. You also can't exactly see inside very well either so almost unnecessary to have the glass there.

This washing machine is wonderful,easy to use ,drum is huge ,can wash comforters,heavy blankets with ease.

We are really enjoying our new washing machine. it has a lot of settings and the tub is big. it doesn't seem to fill up all the way with water though.
