I don’t love it but I don’t hate it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had my washer for a few weeks now. It is the quietest machine I’ve ever (not) heard. Seriously cant tell that its running. I like the many wash options and it does a good job getting everything clean. I was particularly excited about the 3rd level but that has proved to be more of a nuisance than a help. In order for my cups to fit on the second tray, it must be in the lowest position. Once in the lowest position my big plates on the bottom interfere with the spinner. If I raise the second level up to clear my big plates then I can’t put my cups in becasue of the third level. I’m probably going to end up taking out the third level. This machine works perfectly if you don’t have tall glasses or big plates.

One of the better dishwashers out there!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this unit to be put in our new home because the one that was supposed to be put in it was out of stock. We decided to go with a Samsung unit because our fridge and stove are also Samsung items. This is a super quiet dishwasher that does an amazing job cleaning the dishes. It isn't the best at drying, but we fixed that by adding Jet Dry to each load (which it literally tells you to do in the manual). It does have a function where it pops open to release the steam so it dries the dishes better, but we still found adding Jet Dry is the best way to dry the dishes. Plus, if one of the kids walks by while the door is propped open and the drying cycle hasn't finished and they close the door, the drying cycle stops prematurely.

So quiet you don't know it's running
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is quiet! I was watching a movie and it seemed like there was a peeing noise that made no sense in the movie. Then I realized it was the dishwasher draining! I had no idea it was running until I put it all together. I love the time on the front. Otherwise you may never know it was going. The dishes are very clean when done. I still rinse more than I should before putting the dishes in as a habbit. My wife has gotten used to just putting the dishes in without rinsing. Both ways come out sparkling! (I should stop wasting my time) I tried the super clean zone (can't remember the official name) and it's amazing. Baked on pasta dish, no problem. Day old mac 'n cheese pan, no problem. Hard to reach big water bottles, no problem. This thing rocks! (rocks out at a decible you won't hear!)

Great Dishwasher, But leaks
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased my second Samsung dishwasher, and overall, I’ve been quite happy with its performance. The machine is quiet, efficient, and does a fantastic job at cleaning even the toughest dishes. The design is sleek, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. However, I do need to mention that both of the Samsung dishwashers I've owned developed leaks after some time. Unfortunately, these leaks turned out to be unrepairable, which has been a bit disappointing. Samsung’s customer service has been responsive, and they are currently working on another exchange for me, which I appreciate. It’s frustrating to experience the same issue twice, but I'm hopeful that the next one will be free from this problem. If Samsung can resolve the leaking issue, this dishwasher would easily earn five stars from me.

Top/high end Dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just replaced my Bosch (I think it was an 800 series) dishwasher that was about 5 years old. When it was working it was awesome so my next dishwasher had some big shoes to fill. This one comes so close it’s pretty awesome and a great high end model to replace a Bosch with very comparable! We are very happy with it!! The pros: it’s even more quiet than my Bosch (You can barely tell it’s running) and has a faster express cycle, still has the 3rd top rack that I love. Also, love when cycle is done door pops open so dishes won’t smell!! We chose no handle option looks beautiful and blends well with kitchenaid oven you can’t tell they are not same brand. Cons: doesn’t get as much food off my dishes as the Bosch did, so I do have to be sure I scrubbed it off before loaded (which I do anyway), and the top rack is not as deep as my Bosch so I can’t fit as much at a time or as bulky of items as I did with the Bosch. Overall this has been a great spend! Very happy with it! So glad we bought this!! You won’t regret this purchase!!

Great value for the price!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dish washer I purchased to replace my old unit... The unit is so quiet... and it can be communicated via smart phone. It organizes the dishes, utensil, cups, ... so that I can put more then what I had owned previously. Yes, it takes longer for the normal cycle but it is so quiet that I can watch TV finally in the kitchen and not bothered by the dish washer noise. Completely worth it!

Clean and quiet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.super quiet. i had to install myself. Very easy. I purchased as open box and that made it a bit more time consuming but love it now! washes great. it replaced our bosch. My wife is not a fan of the cutlery rack on top because she wants more height with the glasses. I don't have that issue because i load my glasses more efficiently :)

Quiet dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the Samsung cooktop but I don't love the Samsung dishwasher. It is super quiet and that is why we got it but the wash cycles last as long as 2.5 hours (helloooo, how about energy and water conservancy?) and as fast as 1 hour for a quick wash. The sounds and beeps coming out of the machine are a bit old school too. There is no modern chime, it is all like open car door sounds from 20 years ago. e got it because the noise level on this unit was rated the lowest we saw and that is what we are getting so far.

Amazing results
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My house was built 17 years ago, and included a new dishwasher. Rarely used it, just a few random times over the years to keep the seals from failing in case we DID need it sometime. But my back was getting sore standing over the sink washing dishes by hand every single day, every single meal. And while I was frugal with the water, I'm sure I was using more by the time I was done washing after every meal than I'd use in a single cycle every three or four days it would take to fill and run the dishwasher. I wanted something quiet, and so the low dB was my first requirement. Third rack on top was second. Anything else was just extra. Got this installed just four days after buying it on impulse. Their installer was great, less than half an hour to get the old out, new in, and running. The good - this thing is dead silent, other than when it drains water into the sink's drain. No amount of soundproofing can remove that noise of water gurgling. I have to keep checking the timer display on the door to make sure it's counting down. It really IS quiet. I wasn't sure about the air dry ending... But with some finishing rinse in here, it's flawless. Everything is dry, even the door, no spots. The stainless steel drum looks spotless as if the dishwasher hasn't even been used yet. So I'm sold on their drying solution here. I had no issues setting up the wireless. But this is where the negatives start... First, you can't just have the door closed, then get on the phone and set it and run it. You still HAVE to hit the start button on the door. Which is an annoyance, since there IS NO WAY to hit it unless you open the door. And if you pop the door open to toss something else in, you have to hit the start button AGAIN before closing, it won't simply start running again if you interrupted it in the middle of a cycle. The fingerprint resistance - yeah, not really. Yes, the lower front panel doesn't seem to show them that much, but up where hands HAVE to touch it regularly? Fingerprints EVERYWHERE on that top edge. The inside really doesn't fit as much as I had hoped. I had two skillets to wash, 12" each, one of them with a glass lid. One small cereal bowl, two larger ramen bowls, a few 12" plates, two smaller cutting boards, maybe 8 pieces of silverware, a few spatulas, a couple knives, and a vegetable peeler. And I had NO ROOM. It wasn't that I was not getting things placed well or that I don't know how to load a dishwasher, it's just that it only takes a couple awkward things to completely make half a rack or more totally useless. The spatulas, I ended up squeezing on the third rack after I lowered the center part to accommodate larger things. But they barely fit there. Two ramen bowls filled half the middle rack. The two pans on the bottom meant that those two plates, glass lid, and a couple plastic cutting boards were all that I could squeeze on the bottom rack and even that was at angles between tines since they wouldn't fit straight with the pans in there... So I'm guessing that I'll have to NOT do any pans in here unless I'm not planning on putting anything else in here. It really screws up everything. If I didn't have them, then the larger ramen bowls would have fit on the bottom, everything else down there would've fit better... But I've been washing everything by hand for decades, having to just wash those by hand still won't be a problem and then the dishwasher will be far easier to load better. But I wish there was a bit more room for that top rack. Small spatulas that are NOT made with a large sharp angle ought to fit better up there. Overall I'm happy though. I got it on sale so it was far more cost effective than any other one under $1000.

Simply clean!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My clothes haven’t felt this clean in a long time. You can definitely tell the difference compared to my older washer. I really like the feature of the count down for when the loads done. The cutest thing is it plays a neat tune to tell you it’s down. This model you can see through the lead and and watch it wash if you’d like. The detergent dispenser is in an inside tray as are the softener, my last one didn’t have that ,so I really like that. There’s so many options on this baby that it’s so worth the buy , you will not be disappointed. The lid won’t slam shut like others, it closes softly when you go to close it. Heavily soiled clothes even come out cleaned.I even purchased the matching dryer since I was so happy with this Samsung washer.

Seems good and quiet as can be
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good dishawaher that replaced a much older one that had seen a good life. Hope this one continues as long as that one did. The interior is spacious and easy to load except the door spring is a bit tight and the door doesn't stay open all the way unless you push it. This is not a bad thing but a little annoying because sometimes when you push the bottom rack in the wheels get caught in the small gap made when the door isn't open all the way. The exterior look is good and easy to keep clean. The dishes look good after washing and if you use the additive such as jet dry their are minimal spots and the dishes seem to dry faster. The auto door open is a nice feature that pops the door open when the cycle is done giving the dishes air to dry more easily. Overall seems to be a good machine and works rather well. At first I wasn't even sure it was running it's so quiet. My old one could have woken the neighbors but this one is smooth and almost silent.

Buy it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We decided to switch to this dishwasher to match our other appliance purchases. Our last washer was only a year old from KitchAid, and it blows the old one away! This washer is quieter and does a much better job washing and drying the dishes. I love that it doesn't use a heat mechanism on the bottom, so you can put plastic anywhere in the washer. Its very easy to use and can be switched around easily depending what you need to wash. The top rack is great. Yes it's a little more money, but so very worth it!

Excellent dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dishwasher cleans like a $850 one should. Dries well except for your plastic dishes where it can collect water (Tupperware lids) I don't think any dishwasher can totally dry those types of dishes. Installation was a pain but that mostly had to do with my flooring being built up. Be prepared to possibly buy new dishes to make them fit. I love the 3rd rack but it takes away room that you wouldn't otherwise think about. With the top rack up, our tall glasses would hit the 3rd rack. With the top rack in down position, our plates in the bottom would hit the spinning arm on the underside of top rack. We elected to buy slightly smaller plates to fix this problem. All said, this is a very nice dishwasher and the black stainless looks sharp and matches other appliances.

Super duper quiet!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dishwasher was fairly simple to install myself. Machine is ridiculously quiet and almost non existent in the background. Dishes are super clean. It takes some getting used to and adjustments in finding how to load dish’s and utensils in comparison to old basic machine we had. Few minor issues with trying to fit hoses and lines when sliding washer back due to sheer mass of equipment this machine has. Found my front kick plate to be damaged but best buy wouldn’t replace due to me waiting 3 weeks to open and install the machine. Had some issues with getting the machine onto the smart things app without seriously poor support from Samsung.
