Seems to work well. User friendly. Large wash basin. One thing i can say is some of my clothes are coming out twisted together. Could be something Im doing but im not sure. Love all the features.

Worst experience. Broken within 2 months of lightly use. Fixed, then broken again but now out of warranty! Have to purchase a replacement. Ridiculous.

I love this washer. I've had front load HE washers in the past, but this beauty right here. You can't go wrong and it was a decent price as well. It was very affordable, because I got the chance to purchase the matching dryer as well. THIS IS A MUST BUY!

The machine is constantly with a horrible smell, even if I leave it opened. Never had this issue with any other machine. We installed another samsung dishwasher, different model, in another home and .. exact same horrible smell. On google I found many complaining about same issue with samsung dishwashers. Help!

Works well. I will update if I need to, but I am quite happy with my new dishwasher.

I used to hate laundry but now I swear I find an excuse to throw in a load. It’s very spacious. It looks small in the photos but I was genuinely surprised at the space. I love that it has an agitator. Has cute music once it’s done with the cycle

I thought for $1K this dishwasher would be great but…it doesn’t dry well at all, if you put pot or pans in the bottom rack it leaves soap residue on the inside of the pan, when it’s completed a washing cycle the next day there’s musty smell on the inside. Cons: Doesn’t dry well Leaves soap residue Musty smell on the inside Pros: very quiet

This washer has been a terrible unit. We typically have 5 - 10 cups a few silverware items bowls and plates. The unit never even gets the coffee ring out of a coffee cup. Cold water rinse from a faucet will clean the cup but Samsung tech service says try liquid soap as they dont recommend pods. Okay, where does it say that when you buy a unit? Then oh.. run your faucet water for a few minutes to get hot water into the unit. GE profile never required such a thing but hey we will try. All items checked and coffee cups still nasty and silverware still dirty. Never again will a Samsung dishwasher be purchased or recommended. Buyer Beware! Stay away from this dishwashing unit.

Brought in 2021 and its barely been a year and the touch panel went bad. Not only that but, Samsung approved techs are charging 89 to come out and I looked at the part I need and its 289 itself. Basically half of the price of a new one. After research I see this model has this issue over and over. Worked great when it worked. Please avoid this model unless you purchase the extra warranty.

I can confirm that I have received a bad unit. It worked ok up until last week when I started receiving a 5C error code and dirty dishes. I have since had both a Samsung technician and a Best Buy installer take a look at it, and neither one is accepting responsibility. Samsung says it was Best Buy installer's problem. The Best Buy installer says it's Samsung's responsibility. I am now left with a broken $1000 dishwasher and no one seems to be helping. This is taking so much time out of my full time job that it's beginning to affect my performance, and I'm beginning to lose money by having to deal with this issue. I do not want to have to keep calling Samsung technicians and Best Buy installers to come and look at the unit. Samsung should just replace and install the washing machine for free as soon as possible. This is so frustrating. Is this Samsung's standards? If so, I don't want to purchase another Samsung product ever again. I am so afraid now, because I bought a Samsung bundle for my entire house, including our refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. What other issues are going to show up?

I love it!! The price is pretty good if you ask me compared to everything else there. The dryer is pretty sensitive though like you really need to take out all the lint for it to get a good dry but other than that love my washer and dryer

Nice look and quiet . Did not clean the dishes good. Returned it and purchased a brand I had previously that cleaned really good for over 9 years before I had any issues .
