Have not got my Dishwasher

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not Know how it work, The First delivery It was Damaged 2 dents and a bowed door. the 2nd Delivery they did not have it on the truck. I lost 2 days of work a total of 368.00. the 3rd delivery was to be done i 3 days, the 1st on the 5th to deliver of the dishwasher on the 7th to install the dishwasher on the 8th to hull away the old one. i was told that a manager would call me. never got a call so i called and cancel the 3rd delivery and set up a 4th delivery for every thing to be done on the same day.

Not only does it fail to clean anything on the top rack but the middle rack suffers the same fate. Having to load the same item multiple times or hand wash manually is not the purpose of owning a dishwasher.

Samsung offers very little information on how to resolve the issue, I believe it has something to do with the design of the bottom water vane not functioning properly. Tried to find an appliance repai=r shop here in New Bern, NC but nobody works on Samsung's. Very dissatisfied with Samsung appliances........had several issues with their refigerator and their stove as well.
