The arm that moves back and forth no longer moves. Samsung's response is "it's outside of the 12 month warranty, so get it fixed". Will never purchase another samsung appliance again. Look at the other reviews on here. If you're looking to buy something that will last, Samsung is not your company.

Does the usual things, hopefully it will keep doing its job for years to come. Delivery went as expected, no damage to unit noted, delivery team was clear on scheduling and arrival times.

Dishwasher Leaking

Samsung came out to look at it, but attempted to blame it on the leveling. Pulled the dishwasher out and verified again that it was level and it is still leaking water. Going to have another Samsung worker come out but this may end up being a big bust and a $1,000+ loss if I have to replace it myself.

Leaks badly.aftet a few months, horrible customer

Good washing machine

I like the self levelling feature, but there's a concern that the bushing or springs or whatever they are using might wear out and expected life may be reduced, time will tell. Happy with the purchase.

Samsung washer/dryer combo

At first they were a bit intimidating (technology) but these are so wonderful! Clothes are cleaner and so many amazing features! Delivery was on time, efficient, and professional! Never purchase a Samsung appliance

Samsung will be sending their repair technician out for the third time very soon. There hasn't even been a full month that it has worked since I purchased it and installed it. I am very disappointed. If they can't fix it this time I will be ripping it out at three months old and throwing it away and replacing with LG.

The tines on the racks are flimsy, another low quality product from Samsung. I made the mistake of buying a whole kitchen suite, never again.
