The washer ran well and we liked it, however in less than 6 months, an intermittent "rattling" noise began to appear during washing cycle when the spindle was turning anti-clockwise; and an intermittent "ticking" noise was heard during the spin cycle. We have just contacted Samsung support center and a technician is expected to come. Hopefully the problems will be resolved, but we are quite disappointed with this purchase. I will update my review pending the outcome(s) of the repair.

It took two service techs to determine the unit is not repairable and now I'm trying to replace the unit. Though, I no longer want another Samsung unit.
