    Overall the dishwasher is ok. But it barely dries anything. So we constantly have to take the dishes out and dry them on a rack.

    I found it noisier than my old washer and the water level doesnt go as high, otherwise works good.

    Terrible product. Requires multiple cycles to clean dishes. Even after several cycles dishes are still dirty.

    This washer has a Sour smell for it to be new, and I am not pleased. I do like that the drum is deep.

    We purchased our washer nine months ago and recently it began to develop a moldy smell that we can’t get rid of. We always do regular cleaning cycles, we’ve tried bleach, vinegar, baking soda, nothing works. It’s a design flaw. Nobody will help us either, it takes forever to get a Samsung tech to come out. When we did, he just said to run a cleaning cycle and left. What a ripoff.
