Broke without completing a single wash

Dont waste your money on it

I returned it for a front load the next day after use. It releases the detergent and softner before the water is filled so the product is sitting directly on your clothes while the tub is waiting to fill.

Think before you buy

Works fine under “normal wash” but when you try to use any other setting like “quick wash” or “heavy duty” it just stops half way through the cycle and keeps beeping or just fills with water then drains but doesn’t wash. I’ve tried putting less clothes because maybe it’s too heavy and can’t spin but even then it just stops.

We had a bottom of the line that would leave fabric softener spots on the wet clothes. We would also have to run water down the water softener container. What a difference this Samsung makes. It has multiple settings including, deep wash, bedding/ water proof(not sure what exactly that means. I need to look that one up.) Also quick wash and the best feature... self clean. I can't wait to use that feature. It holds ALOT of clothes. Probably close to 50% more than my other one that was only a year old. We're extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Oh and the little song it plays at the end is a refreshing twist to the obnoxious buzzer sound!!! The 5 settings on water level is nothing I have experienced before. You can really specify how little or how large your load is. My last dryer didn't have a water setting at all and I felt like I was totally wasting so much water doing just one load. I'm curious to see what my water bill is and if this has changed it. The setting I use the most are normal and deep wash. The deep wash I use for the sheets and have started adding a laundry sanitizer to those loads. I'm extremely happy with this washing machine. It's actually a joy to use!

Leaking after 2 months

While I have the geek squad protection, they have not wanted to repair as it is new. They are trying to setup a re-installation, but it has been 2 more months and nothing has been setup.

If you receive the error codes LE or LC, moisture is detected where it doesn't belong, even if a leak isn't visible or noticeable.

Bad washer

This is the second one I had in two weeks time. Both of them stopped working after nine days. They would try to spin and couldn’t.

Amazingly quiet washer that gets the job done

I love that this washer has no issue with balancing. The old washer would shake like 7.0 earthquake even when it is a bit off balance. I have had zero problems with balancing even when i just theow the load in and leave. Also, this washer is super quiet and uses very little water, but my clothes have been coming out clean and fresh. The buttons and options are very straightforward and easy to use. You just turn to the cycle you want and then select your load size, water temp, and how heavily soiled your load is and then just start it up. Then you just set it and forget it.

However after 2 years the drain pump failed and while the part was within warranty the labor was not. I was quoted $250 to repair and did it myself with an ebay sourced part for $30.

Quit on us after 2 months

It's only my Girlfriend and I that use it, so it doesn't see constant abuse or anything. Absolutely ridiculous that it quit, let alone so early on. Don't think I'd get another Samsung. They should stick to phones & TVs.
