I’ve read the manual front and back wondering what I’m missing, I’ve tried all different kinds of detergent and nothing helped. I’ve never regretted a purchase so much.

It turns on but as soon as I hit start, it just spins a couple times and then stops. Doesn’t fill with water or anything, just pauses our. Yes we checked the hoses and the screens and made sure the lid was closed correctly 50 times. We unplugged it, and reset it and tried again and same thing. Now I’m crying because I used all my money to buy this after the old one we had broke and now this one won’t work either. Ugh.

These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. Cleans great. Super quiet. Does not last!

It worked great for two years, then the motor for the waterfall arm went out. I'm a maintenance guy so I was able to replace that myself for $75. If I had a tech come out it would have been $300+. A few months later the water pump went out. Again I replaced it. Then the waterwall motor went out again. It is a bad design. Samsung makes great phones and TVs but I will never buy another one of their appliances. My microwave quit after 13 months. The ice maker in my refrigerator only works half the time.
