Yet, it’ll be the first of many times. I’ve always been special when it comes to Samsung. So far it’s been proving me wrong, and I really hope it last me for a long time.

Replaced an older set of Frigidaire front loads that we’re having issues. Samsung is a great value for the price. Tons of features and easy to use!

Allows you to soak the clothes a little prior to washing. Also, easy to clean detergent cup without moving away from the laundry area. Clothes always come out very clean.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if this is some silly EPA requirement, or if this is how Samsungs simply operate, but it makes us wash clothes differently than I have for the last 27 years. I have always started the water running, then put the detergent in. The water mixes with the soap while I load the clothes. It also allows me to rinse the detergent cup clean. With this washer, nothing runs until the lid is locked. You put the detergent in a tray, load the clothes, and then shut the lid and start it. Then the water runs. Regardless of the reason, it is a time waster. At least this machine has separate spout, so we can rise the detergent cup out. The down side is that the machine drains all this water out, and doesn't allow it to fill up. This machine also begins rotating the clothes before it fills up with water. Unknown why it does that, either. With the clear lid, I can watch it agitate. I'm not impressed. The clothes that are on top of the load remain on top of the load; I don't see them getting sucked down like every other washer that I've ever used does. This black finish also appears basically brown under our daylight LEDs, making it look like a retro finish. Again, not impressed. Upside? It plays a lovely little tune when the cycle is finished.

It has a good assortment of cycles and temperature. makes relatively loud noises including gurgling noises in operation, which is louder than our dishwasher.
