It is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. The only complaint I have is that the second rack doesn’t stay in place when you pull it out to place or remove dishes. It may be due to flooring or installation but I don’t know. If I could get that fixed I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Great Dishwasher, Third rack a godsend!

Third rack for utensils is great on my back, no more bending and stretching or trying to pull the bin out of the bottom rack only to lift the whole rack up and have it be misaligned (frustrating). Just drop them in and watch them come out perfect! this has the extra power boost as well which is great for time and water savings, no pre-washing the pots and even if you do and can't get the stuck on food off for some reason, the extra power option for the lower rack get's it done for you!

Bestbuy takes forever

Took a little while to come in though. We ordered a range the same time, also Samsung, still don’t have after 2+ months later. Buy appliances somewhere else so they come in on time and you can enjoy using them instead of waiting forever like me. I’ve rescheduled delivery 50 times and spoken to Best Buy several times. Won’t be purchasing another appliance from Bestbuy again!
