Loading is a little awkward and stiff. A little noisier than expected. At the price point we expected better. Our former Kitchen Aid was built with heavier material and was quieter. I would go with Kitchen Aid.

The dishwasher will be in the breakfast area of an open concept so we want the noise level to be as low as possible, for those times we may need to run it during gatherings.

During the initial startup I hear noise and I don’t know if it’s normal or something is wrong with washer, next purchase will be an old used washer as my water and electric bill is going to be higher with this washer… my clothes do come out clean.

Good high capacity washer

It does a great job in cleaning the clothes. The capacity easily accommodates bulky items like bedding and blankets. It is very easy to operate.

Good thing there is a countdown timer on the front so you know it is running. Seriosly, it is so quiet you must put your ear on the machine to hear anything. But you pay for the quiet - about $200 more than the next level down. This device is also internet connected and connects to the SmartThings app. I also have Samsung televisions. When the dishwasher finishes the cycle a message appears on the television screen - Cool!
