Love the efficiancy of the machine, beautiful color and easy to set up and use

Absolutely perfect machine. Our front loader had constant problems and we switched and got this one. It cleans extremely well and has has zero issues whatsoever. We had it delivered and within 30 minutes of delivery we had it hooked up and running a load of laundry. I’d 100% recommend this washer to someone who needs it

Have not used it too much since purchase but the few times we have it has been easy to use, quiet and very sleek.

Bring back the agitator and more water to more efficiently wash clothes. This Samsung does both. I replaced my supposedly more efficient washer that had no agitator and used less water with this model from Samsung and have not been disappointed. My last washer would leave residue on any dark clothes like jeans or dress pants. This Samsung does not. (Which means I probably just couldn't see residue on light colored clothes.) This model has a water jet you can turn on to pre-wash clothes either before or while the machine is pouring water in for washing which is very handy. That also means you can still have the top up with the water pouring in. I personally like that. I also like the fact that I can manually select the water level for each wash. I like my clothes fully covered in water for cleaning. In my experience, it cleans much better than my former washer due to this. Its an option that was a big selling point for me. I don't mind saving water, but I do mind not being able to fully clean my clothes. This unit stands a little higher than my last unit but it does not interfere with my wife or I loading the unit. Lastly, the dark glass top allows you to look in the washer basin while it is running. I can then see if i need to adjust the water level. If you want to get back to better washes, then this is certainly a unit that I believe will not disappoint you.

It has been an excellent product despite almost daily use for 3 years. Its 110v so dont need to worry about 240v sockets.

I love everything about this! I take a little longer for some loads, but it’s so clean and quiet.

We absolutely love this machine. We had a 3-year-old machine, an oversized washer that had great capacity and we loved all the features but it did not get simple dirt and dust out of my work clothes because it did not have the Agitator, it only had the impeller at the bottom of basket which does nothing for moving your clothes to loosen dirt and clean your clothes properly. This machine moves everything so well and gets every bit of dirt, dust and grime out of our clothes. Highly recommend that everyone Stop going for the newest technology because it is not always the best...as it is in this case. Only complaint i have is that i wish you could change the settings (water level / temp, / soil) on cycles and they would stay.....instead, we have to remember to change what we need every time we wash.

Wow, my 10 year old previous front loader from another brand always made my clothes musty smelling and didn't clean well. This one is such a refreshing change! Even with an agitator, there is so much space inside. The top view photos really don't do it justice; it's way bigger in person. I'm able to do very large loads, which is a must with kids and pets. (Now I'm shopping for a new dryer, because I'm having to split the drying loads into two because it can't fit in the current old dryer!) It is saving me a lot of time though, and the clothes look and smell clean, finally! I love the variety of options for water fill level and cycle length. There's never a bunch of water left inside at the end, it drains well. It is fairly quiet and I don't get the weird "hammer" sound from the water coming in that always happened with my old model, and on the highest speed it stays balanced and level. My kids are enchanted by this thing; they literally watched for hours through the top so they could see every part of the cycle. Haha! My favorite feature, however, is by far the water jet. Ohhh that is so helpful! I love how I can pour detergent from a cup into the dispenser, then use the water jet to rinse it out so there's no sticky drippy residue that goes back on my detergent bottle. It's also great for rinsing product off my fingers! There isn't a sink in my laundry room, so this is incredibly helpful.
