Very pleased with this dishwasher. Super quiet unit

I’m writing this review to hopefully prevent someone else from having a negative experience with Samsung and their dishwasher’s. I purchased the first dishwasher in mid February 2024. It soon started to leak from the door. Samsung installed a “leak kit” and this should have been a red flag that they knew they had a problem with their dishwashers. The “leak kit” did not fix the problem and after replacing the door and 3 service appointments, they agreed to replace it because it was clearly faulty. Fast forward to the replacement dishwasher, it is now leaking and they installed their band aid “leak kit” with the service guy saying it wouldn’t fix it and he would order a door. The service company then made an appointment and never showed up and never contacted me to say they wouldn’t make the appointment. Last night, the service company showed up 2 hours late to make sure it was still leaking and no door to fix the issue. SAVE YOURSELF FROM FUTURE PROBLEMS AND DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER.

Beautiful appliance blending perfectly with my cabinets. Samsung sometimes gets poor ratings; however, I have owned Samsung appliances for many years and have had zero issues. The technology works and construction is quality. I love my new dishwasher and totally recommend it.

Great machine very quiet- make sure to check if electrical work is needed as it’s an extra cost

I thought I’d really like having the small third rack on top, but it just takes away from the space that I’d rather use on the other two. Works great and the Smart Control is nice

After installation I tried to pull out top rack but it was off track and ball bearings fell into the dishwasher. I called and they are sending someone first thing monday.

Looks nice. This is our second one in 2 years. Highly recommend you get the longest protection plan. A belt that cannot be fixed was what happened with ours just outside the 2 year warranty we bought.

You won't even know it is actually working. I am so hapoy with this purchase.

Do not buy this Fridge, I fell in love with its sleek look and design features, less than a year into owning it, I noticed ice build up under the deli drawer. Since still under manufacturer warranty Samsung sent someone out, and before he walked in he had a large box with him knowing he had to replace the temperature sensor because this happens with a lot of the Samsung fridges. Less than a year into owning it, Samsung should stick to making TVs.

Cleans great, easy to install, controls are pretty simple, and pretty quiet! Really cool feature that it opens when it’s done to help with drying!

I love this dishwasher! It’s so quiet, you cant even tell its on.

I replaced an older working diskwasher for the look of black stainless steel. This Samsung washer never thoroughly clean any level of the dishes like my last washer. Very dispointed in its menu to start the washer. And upset it take 2 hours to finish washing and the dishes are still dirty. My two year warranty expired 10-2024. And today this washer wont even turn on.. I have all all Samsung appliances in my kitchen. (double oven, refrigurator which lasted only two years and died, stove top, and microwaves) All seem have a short shelf life. And non repairable by warranty service guys that come to fix them..

Washes horribly. Dishes have stains and smell funky. I use Mrs. Meyers dish packs, the same as I used with my Bosch. This dishwasher is packed with fancy sounds and looks, but doesn’t succeed in cleaning power. There is no half load option. I’ve had this model break down on me since owning it September 22. Had a technician come out in January. Along with the dishwasher breaking down, my stove did as well. Stove was purchased same time as dishwasher. Just horrible quality products from Samsung. Lastly, the bottom tray that holds pot and pans is NOT sturdy. The racks that collapse to make more space, don’t seem to uphold any longer causing plates to fall because the rack doesn’t lock into place. Samsung will not cover the racks on their warranty as it is considered “wear and tear…” what a joke…3 months into a purchase…being blamed for wear and tear with a total of about 10 uses. Do not buy this, and make a better decision with a better name brand. I wish I NEVER purchased any of my Samsung products.

Love this new addition to our home. The Smart feature is awesome, love how it sends me notifications. 10/10

This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Between the collapsible/retractable top rack, the hidden utensil rack at the very top, the quietness of the machine while it runs, the Bluetooth capabilities, and how clean it gets my dishes, I would not want any other dishwasher. If you're on the fence, I'm telling you- go with this one. You will not regret it.

Very quiet works well but like most dishwasher’s it doesn’t get everything off

Love the dishwasher since it has been installed and it works. Quiet operation and the door pops open after the cycle is finished which is a great feature. Preview of pictures from what I see is not upright.
