I love the features, it is extremely quiet and in the last few minutes of the drying system, the door pops open to let out the excessive steam. Wonderful! The two men that delivered the appliance were thorough, kind and efficient! I will always use Best Buy products!

Called Best Buy and was told I had to call Samsung. This proved a difficult task as the customer service is out of country. The servicing center is in a city 200+ miles away. The repair ticket had incorrect contact info. The repairman/dealer was rude and condescending. The washer had several issues; water did not spin/drain completely, the tub did nit fill properly and the washer would not work unless the hot water was used to wash even when the cold water selection was used as a choice to wash clothing. Running my hot water would cost me over $300 a month if I ran the hot water to wash clothes since we use hot water for other hygienic purposes.

We weren’t looking for anything super special but we like the sleek design & that they’re black. Great fit. The washer has a Ub code when the spinner is uneven & dings until it is corrected. It does fall off balance pretty easily but does the job for us. Also like that the dryer door can be switched around for ease of use.

It’s also got incredible cleaning power in a quick 60 min cycle. Plus the aesthetic is just what we were looking for!

When I arrived home I noticed that the kick plate was bent. The way it is shipped, I wasn't surprised (it's suspended in the top middle of the packing with no support). I bent it back and installed the dishwasher. Then when I get it installed, I noticed one of the tabs on the top rack is broken off ?! I find it in the bottom of the dishwasher. Not a good experience for a brand new $900 dishwasher that hadn't even cleaned one dish. I contacted Best Buy and was told they couldn't get me a replacement until next week. I contacted Samsung hoping that they would replace the damaged parts and they told me NO. I need to contact Best Buy and wait for a replacement. Two minor imperfections that Samsung could have easily fixed, but they refused to help.

Second time getting a dishwasher from Best Buy and both times they made the whole process smooth and easy. Also, they delivered and installed in 3 to 4 days only. BTW, this Samsung dishwasher is super quiet, clean and dry dishes great. Definitely will recommend this dishwasher to anyone I know.
