I regret to inform you that this purchase ranks as the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a product. Being a loyal customer of Samsung, I held high expectations, but this particular item has fallen drastically short. Initially, the installation appeared successful, and the product functioned correctly for the first month. However, it soon began to leak, causing extensive water damage to my brand-new kitchen furniture—a distressing outcome. Upon contacting Best Buy for a potential inspection or exchange, I was met with a discouraging response, citing that my request fell outside their 30-day exchange policy. Subsequently, they insisted on visiting my home three times before even considering an exchange, a process that felt like a deliberate strategy to mislead and delay resolution. Despite promises of an exchange, the outcome was a series of unnecessary repairs—four different components were replaced, none of which were faulty. To add insult to injury, it was later suggested by Samsung that the root cause was an issue not disclosed at the point of sale: the floor needed to be leveled to prevent leakage. This critical information was absent from all promotional and instructional material provided. My dealings with Best Buy's repair service have been frustratingly inefficient and unprofessional. On one occasion, a technician, admitting there was little he could do further for the appliance, opted not to attend the scheduled repair, showcasing a lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction. Based on this ordeal, I strongly advise against purchasing this dishwasher and dealing with Best Buy's repair services. Their approach has been nothing short of exasperating, and their inability to offer a satisfactory resolution is unacceptable.

Installation was timely and well done. So far the dishwasher runs well. The plastic dividers to hold plates on the bottom shelf have already bent. That is why the 4 stars

The most amazingly obnoxiously quiet dishwasher ever. The first 3 loads I had to make sure it was running! It makes awesome little songs when its done and even connexts to your phone when or wifi! Why do you need that I don't know but it does!

The positive is, it is very quite. The negative, it is horrible at cleaning. No matter the setting you choose it does not get my dishes clean. You need to clean them before going in as when i go to empty it, I am putting multiple items back in to be washed again. So disappointed.

We purchased this dishwasher on Oct 6th. Installed on Oct 8th, broken by November 10th running about one load of dishes a day. Was able to get a repair scheduled for November 24th, and now we have to wait two weeks for parts to come in. The 3rd party repairman said that this is a common problem. Please spare yourself the grief of buying this faulty product.

Bought 4 months ago. Looks great, super quiet, super expensive, but does not clean well. I have read the manual twice, tried 4 different soaps and rinse aids, tried adjusting the shelves, loaded dishes multiple ways and tried all settings to no avail. I am really frustrated, disappointing and ready to get this out of my life. Am I overlooking something?
