It’s a beautiful dishwasher however I’m still waiting for it to be delivered and install. Twice it was brought to my place and first, we needed 12 feet long hose that I must buy before they can install. the second time, I bought the hose but the dishwasher was damaged.

The original machine delivered was defective, went back to Best Buy and got the instructions to contact their customer service for replacement. The new one was installed and working perfectly now.

Very solid product. From ordering it to the installation, the process was outstanding. It’s quiet and alerts me in a gentle way that my clothes are washed. Can’t be better!

Needed a new washer/dryer set. This pair happened to be on sale at a really good price. They are very sleek looking, lots of capabilities, perhaps too many, they are getting pretty specific in different settings. Anyway, easy to install and set up, working great so far, no issues at all. They play music when they are done for like a minute which is really cool. If anything changes in the near future, I will add/edit this posting, but to date, had the Washer for 8 weeks and working great.

Buyer beware. This dishwasher is super quiet which was our highest priority. After a year the bottom sprayer (water wall) routinely gets stuck in the front most position. This leaves the dishes in the bottom basket unwashed. Definitely buy extended warranty if you’re considering this product. Planning to replace it with a dishwasher that has fewer fancy moving parts.

The dishwasher hasn't been installed for a month yet. On the 4th run, it didn't drain. Even though we bought a 5 year warranty, Samsung has to repair the unit for the first year. Yikes!! A repair person was out and saw an error code for the drain on the dishwasher. His idea of fixing it was to disconnect the tube and drain the water into a bucket. The unit ran one time without an error code. As far as he was concerned, unit fixed. He didn't fix the problem at all. It was clear that he just wanted to make the problem ours not Samsung's. I should mention this is a replacement dishwasher and our plumbing is not a problem. Being forced to go through Samsung is the worst. To even get someone to look at it, they insulted my intelligence with various questions all directed at a plugged drain in our house. Asked me to run the water for 30 seconds to see if the water was draining and not leaking under the sink. We've been doing dishes by hand so we would know if the sink was leaking. Tried to blame the problem on a "new disposal." Even though we didn't replace our disposal. So now, dishwasher drains into a bucket - Samsung's solution. If we connect it to our plumbing, we get an intermitted error code saying the drain isn't working. We then have to setup the bucket again. Samsung's solution violates so many building codes. Repair guy just looked at us. Very young and inexperience. He didn't understand building codes. Even all his tools were brand new. As a retired General Contractor, it's appalling. BE AWARE!!

You just don't hardly hear this dishwasher. Very quiet.

This dishwasher has been incredible, it matches the Samsung set I have, it was a breeze to set up. The wifi addition is really neat. The dishes have been sparkling ever since I installed this. As with the rest of my appliances Best Buy was easy to purchase from and delivery was smooth.

This dishwasher is the worst. If you do a normal wash it takes up to 3 hours. I always have to set mine to the 60 min express wash. Every time I start it after a minute or so it starts beeping. So I have to check inside to make sure nothing is blocking the spinner. Which it is not. This happens altleast 2-5 times before it will work. I would definitely not recommend Samsung products. I bought all the matching appliances refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator also doesn’t work the ice maker freezes and stops working probably 2-3 times a week. I am so disappointed I waited a long time to get new appliances and it was such a waste of money. My 15 + year old ones worked better than my new ones.

Cleans well and very easy to use. Quiet and easy to operate. Best decision we made when the previous washer we had died.

The installation was very good. The techs did a very good job. They had to use their heads and improvise a little in the cabinet and were quite up to it. They were polite, explained the problem to me and cleaned up after themselves. 5 stars

Picked this Washer up the same day as the matching Dryer and have had no issues; very easy to use, quiet and clothes come out great.

Love this washer!! The larger capacity is great and all the different settings make it easy to use the right one based on the load you’re washing.

Everything is good with the dishwasher. Only flaw I hate is the automatic opening after its completed a wash. Maybe we can change this but so far I don't see how. Condensation everywhere in the mornings.
