This dishwasher looks nice and is very quiet. Unfortunately, this is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever used. No matter how frequently I clean it, it smells. Regardless of the type of detergent I use or the cycle I choose, the performance is sub-par. Dishes have come out moldy on more than one occasion. Dishes are dripping wet when the cycle is complete. The racks are spaced oddly, making it difficult to fit dishes on all racks at one time. If I lower the top rack so that small bowls and drinking glasses fit, plates will not fit on the bottom rack. Absolutely a ridiculous dishwasher. I will be replacing it as soon as I can reasonably afford to do so. I regret purchasing this dishwasher.

Wow its amazing! I had a hard time spending this much for a dishwasher but it was time to get a high end set. WOW I didnt think the sound control would be a big deal. I literally have to put my ear to the door to hear if its even running. Totally worth it!

Guys who delivered the dishwasher had the best customer service attitude. Excellent problem solvers when faced with fitting issues, which they figured out.

Regrettably the Samsung we ordered last November leaked, but the Best Buy team of Paul Vallade and Kwamane Speights were fantastic getting a replacement ordered and installed. We actually like the new one better than the original one (not including the leak). This one is perfect!!! Thanks, Best Buy

This is the worst Dishwasher I've ever had! Had I known that it would not dry the dishes I would've just kept my old one! I thought this would be an upgrade. It looks beautiful, costed a lot more, and it seems to clean very well. However, the standing water that sits on the dishes makes a mess and makes me uncomfortable. Like you can't turn on the Dishwasher and leave for the day. If so, you will come back to wet dishes, and I mean very wet!!!!

This washing machine is wonderful,easy to use ,drum is huge ,can wash comforters,heavy blankets with ease.

This product was an excellent choice for a replacement.

It worked well for two years after it broke three times. The last two times it broke it was within the month of each repair under warranty. We cook daily so it was a huge inconvenience. We getting a replacement with another brand.

I bought my dishwasher about a month ago been working great until a week ago when it decided to have issues with the soap tray.

Perfect for our laundry room. It's beautiful, quiet, and washes the clothes quick and easy to use. Love love love this washer!

Great dishwasher that looks good, only issue I have is that the door doesn’t open as far as it should to vent.

Installing service great return policy is surprisingly fantastic compare to other stores

It works great, has great capacity and is extremely quiet.

Used it a couple of times since it got installed and not excited about it yet. The dishes are soaking wet when it’s finished. I haven’t added rinse aid yet so I’m hoping that will make the difference. Also, the interior seems smaller and seems to hold less dishes, etc. than my last one. I don’t know if I’m imagining this or if I just didn’t do my homework. I can live with that but if my dishes don’t dry, that is something I will be unhappy about! Fingers crossed!

It just got installed last night, haven’t washed dishes in it yet but installer ran it to be sure it was running good, I didn’t know it was running, so very quiet and fabulous, I will be doing dishes tonight so we’ll see

Purchased about a month ago and so far has been great! Amazingly quiet. Top third rack is so great...had no idea what we were missing by not having that before now
