It has a good assortment of cycles and temperature. makes relatively loud noises including gurgling noises in operation, which is louder than our dishwasher.

Incompetent and Insulting Service After the Sale

These bozos have invented new ways to screw up a relatively simple transaction by rolling my new dishwasher across our kitchen floor and running into our kitchen island. The management and leadership of this company is asleep at the switch, and could care less about how customers are treated. This attitude will eventually destroy what is left of the company. Too bad, but richly deserved. It actually is a challenge to maintain this level of value-less service.

Never Buying Samsung Again

The drain pump is bad and it will be over $500 to replace. Confidently broke a few months after the warranty ended. This isn’t the first bad experience with Samsung appliances. But it will be the last time.
