Bestbuy should have replaced it instead they just ordered the part and fixed it. Then it started pausing mid cycle and it smells as if something is burning inside . Bestbuy came again and replaced the computer it continued with the same problem happening occasionally. But now 2 years later it is continuously stops mid cycle and smells as if something is burning inside and also now it puts what looks like black mud all over clothes and I have to rewash constantly and waste detergent and softener . I will never purchase a Samsung washer again 2 years it should be working perfectly

It took a week for a "repair" person who did NOT show up on the scheduled day, but called the following day when I was on my way out of state! My son met them and they couldn't get it to work either so he said he would put in for a replacement. TWO weeks have now passed and I don't even see a replacement order in the system!!! AND now it's too late to return it!!! I am NEVER buying from here again unless they can make this right before I leave again.

It’s also horrible at drying plastics and does not have a long dry time. Definitely could be better.

Overall good washer
